Description

Guided tours of the Bianchi estate run every half hour for $40pp, lasting 30-45mins. Our guide, Guillermo, spoke very good English and took us through the history of the family business as well as the whole process of winemaking for both still wine, and 'champagne'. The price included a tasting during the tour and a glass of both a sparkling and a still wine each at the end of the tour. We also ordered the picadas de ahumadas to enjoy at the end of our tour - a platter of smoked meats and cheeses with two glasses of wine for $330. Very interesting and money well spent!
