There is no way big rigs will fit in here. Also the access is challenging. If you want to visit the palace and park, parking on the street is no problem and it's free.

very quiet place, near the fantastic museum, tram, beautiful park and the residence of the president of Estland, go see the hourly change of the guards while you are there.
