Close to the highway, but cannot really hear the cars (freeway is about a mile away). Be careful for the vehicle with a very bass clearance the access of the dirt road it's quite difficult. No amenities. FREE

Great cell reception: 5 bars LTE T-Mobile data
Verizon hotspot 3 bars 4G LTE

There are spots for big rigs on the side of the dirt road, but you won’t be able to pull into a spot off of it.
Great view of the mountains!

Great spot! A little road noise but not too bad.

Great spot. We stayed two nights. Good Tmobile signal. Isolated and private. Could barely hear the freeway noise. Big dip coming into the narrow dirt road. We had to knock down some bushes while parking our truck camper rig. The ground is a little soft as you pull off of the dirt road. Look for the circle loop with fire ring on your left, That is the spot.

We are a 28ft van and trailer, we fit perfectly backed up into spot. There is a dip going onto the path, just send it. We are not 4x4. Great service with Verizon. Cannot hear traffic from highway. Great place for a night or two. @austinandmya

Great spot to sleep for the night! Very quiet and heard coyotes far away. I got in with a Forester no problem. 3 bars LTE AT&T.

Nice spot , we did the crux move with our skoolie 23' with some piece of wood ..

Great spot on BLM with few cows. I think it's actually owned by coyotes as they came on a bunch on my second night there at 4am and started screaaaaming and making a bunch of sounds. Kind of spooky but they left after a couple minutes. Might've been because of my dog too, but I was safe in my car anyhow.
Great scenery all around and free roaming cows. Close to the highway so you can hear cars faraway but nothing like in a rest area. Went with a SUV and would'nt go with a normal car.

really the same as the others. what is so amazing is the view of the mountains all 360 degrees some father then others and the fact that you can see the trucks on 10 but you cannot hear them. Great reprieve from the interstate.

Beautiful area, as described. A coyote sang us a song before bed. Would stay again!

Checked on Gaia this is BLM land. High clearance would be better for getting off of Cavot Rd. The spot is close to Cavot Rd. You could go in further but the next clear spot is a cow pen so we opted to stay at the pin.

Great place to sleep, very, very quiet and away from the freeway. The cars are far, far in the distance (cannot hear them), and there is a train line barely visible on the horizon. Was great for Sprinter. This land is not marked as US public land, So I was a bit hesitant at first. However, in the morning a State Trooper drove by and gave me thumbs up. There was another school bus parked here as well.

Report Check-In

Not to bad of a spot. Need a little bit of clearance to get on side road from main road. Quiet.

Report Check-In

Pullouts next to the road and pulloffs off the side. I definitely had some challenges with some plants/dirt in my (somewhat low clearance, 2 WD) van, but I was able to get myself turned around.

Road was pretty quiet, there is some traffic noise from the highway, but it’s not overkill.

As far as I know, I’m the only person here tonight

3 bars LTE T-Mobile

Beautiful spot. Didn’t see anyone else. Didn’t hear anything from the freeway though I could see the lights. Many many little turnouts! Great spot for a night. 2 if you’re into hiking around this area !

This is a great spot! Close to the highway but quiet. Open enough to see around but enough bushes for some privacy. It’s a little road with several pulloffs. I felt safe. There were a few other campers in the area.

Report Check-In

Nice and quiet. Easy access to first spot, but the wash is probably best navigated with a 4x4. Can barely hear the highway but the trains are marginally louder.

Report Check-In

Great spot for one night! We were the only ones there. So quiet and flat. Good reception. Verizon LTE. No facilities but so private.

Report Check-In

Great spot to pull off for the night I arrived in the dark so it was a little tough to find as it’s basically a trail off of the dirt road but there are several spots. when you first pull in a car can fit but as you drive further up you definitely need something with ground clearance and something that isn’t too wide there is no room to turn around a trailer this would be Van or truck camper only spot but it’s beautiful!

Report Check-In

Perfect place to sleep without venturing too far off the interstate. It’s just a plain ole dirt road with alcoves to pull off into. Beautiful desert sunrise

Report Check-In

The spot is a rough gravel road off the less-rough gravel road that we took off the I-10. Quite, picturesque and good cell reception.

Close to the highway but really less than in a rest area so it's less noisy. Be careful for the vehicle with a very bass clearance the access of the dirt road it's quite difficult. No amenities. FREE
