Description
A small parking near mulholland dr with beautiful view of LA. we asked the Guardian it's possible for the night but you have to arrive before sunset when he closes the doors
Comment: We showed up at dusk, door open and other guests joining the park. No ranger came. In the dark at around 6pm police send us out. Officer mentioned an approval from the rangers would be necessary.
