I don't know what's wrong with this guy but he has a nefarious attitude full of bad energy
the one I have not is $ 35.00 were 2 rooms total of $ 70.00 we decided not to stay because of the heavy atmosphere that this place has
definitely we don't stay

12$ for a dorm bed.
clean rooms.
kitchen to us.
bob a kanadian is very helpful

After visiting a few other hostels (most of them on the internet have actually closed down due to the lack of tourism...), we chose to stay here. Michael and Bob run the place and are very friendly. The first night be stayed in the ac room and it was 40$. Next night the non ac room was available and it was 26$. There also are dorms available for 12$ per night. Pancake breakfast and coffee is included as well. We asked about camping on the street and just paying to use the facilities and Michael said they don’t really do that. They also keep the place locked up so it’s pretty difficult to go in and out from the car which would make camping extremely difficult anyways. They have internet but it’s a little slow. Overall it was a nice stay for 2 days. Definitely recommend especially since options seem relatively limited in recent times.

We paid US$ 22 for a double with shared bathroom (via booking.com iva Included)

The place is nice for 1 or 2 nights. We parked our Defender in the street in front of the hostel. We tipped the night guard 60 cordobas, but then I realized that 2 dollars for street parking is maybe too much. The neighbourhoos seems calm.

Very nice backpackers. Private rooms (US$32 incl ac and private bathroom. Cheaper options may be available) and dorms (US $9). Pancakes and coffee for breakfast. Pool to cool off in and close to transport to the Malecon. Very helpful staff and two small spaces for off street parking, but parking in the street is safe - quiet neighbourhood and security guard watching the van.
