Description

Camping Maranatha is a wonderful place to stay. They have nice facilities which are very clean. A big clean pool, beautiful garden and the staff keeps the place perfectly clean all day long. Laundy and place to hang the clothes. Playground for the kids. Volleyball and basketballcourt. They offer dry camping or full hookups. Very friendly owner (speaks perfect english and spanish) she helps you with everything you ask her.
Nice cafe with garden in front of the camping (owned by her daughter). She offers great baked goods as well as sandwiches and warm things for lunch or dinner.
Very good wifi and quiet at night.

Just arrived for the night The pool is closed for repairs for the month… just in case thats all u come here for ! Lol Otherwise its a good spot

Report Check-In

Très beau camping, de véritables salles d'eau, piscine, tout est très bien entretenu.
Par contre le bruit de la route est bien présent puisque tout proche.

Report Check-In

350 for dry camping, pool and hot showers and a ping pong table! Pretty solid spot, kinda noisy from the highway, but good spot to do laundry and rest for a bit. 180 pesos to dump and fill with water too (not purified though).

Report Check-In

My favorite spot in Baja that’s not on the beach. 600 pesos for 30 amp, pay for 6 days get 7th free. FHU plus pool and hot showers.

Report Check-In

dry camping 350 pesos + 100 pesos for laundry

Just got here but the old GPS coordinates were wrong and took us on a wild ride down dirt/sand roads. Heads up, the park is just off the MEX 1.

This place is in wrong location - it is located at 24.09796, -110.38698

Report Check-In

stayed 3 nites,, Nice clean campground cool was cold lots of kids

Report Check-In

Don't know what happened with the pin (I see it far away from highway), tried to change it. The camping is directly on route 1 next to Chametla village. The rest is as described, a good place, 350MXN/2ppn dry camping.

Report Check-In

Large camp ground whose staff works very hard to accommodate arrivals without reservations. Full h/u, electric only and dry sites available at different reasonable rates. Beautiful facilities as described by others. Pay for 6 days and get the 7th day free. Can get very busy especially on weekends. Near Walmart and Home Depot. Avoid driving into La Paz because it is difficult to find parking. We took Uber and had a very good experience at reasonable rates. The campground has a good cafe open from 7 am to 10 pm. Office staff and some of the cafe staff speak excellent English. Tanya is the owner and a wonderful source of information about the area. Campground is kept well with trash receptacles emptied many times a day and night. Good security. Beautiful landscaping but look out for cactus near the outdoor eating area at the cafe.

Report Check-In

As others described, nothing to point out. 1800 pesos for 3 nights, full hookups.

Report Check-In

350 pesos for a nice campground with friendly staff that all spoke good English. They take your id to have on file and after camping 6 nights they give you one night free. Beautiful, clean, HOT showers! Was able to wash my long hair without running out of hot water which hasn’t happened yet. Laundry available on site as well as a pool and basketball courts.

Report Check-In

350 pesos the night, for no hookups.

Wifi was not strong enough to use in the van, but worked well outside (we were just beside the office).

The showers & bathrooms are so nice ! Rare too find this in Baja.

The staff is friendly, speak English and have food recommendations for you :)

Report Check-In

Spent a week here. Nice pool, clean restrooms, cafe in property with good carrot cake and coffee, great access to town. Only a few shady spots available, spot 18 is in the shade all day and next to restrooms and pool.

Prices:
-Laundry wash - 50 MXN per load
-Laundry dry - 50 MXN per load
-Dry camp for smaller rigs - 350 MXN per night
-Camping with hookups for smaller rigs - 450 MXN per night

WOW what a place , Tanya is amazing warm smile and greeting this place is fabulous and i will keep it on my radar , just checking it out , The coffee shop smells amazing
These are Places i WILL SUPPORT!

Report Check-In

This was my fourth time staying at this campground and as always, everybody is super friendly, and the café has great food. For hook ups, hot shower, a laundry room this the best RV park I’ve been to in Baja. You are about 10 minutes from the beaches at El Comitan, 25 to El Mogote (dunes) and 30-45 to the best beaches with clear water

Report Check-In

This is a great place to camp. The staff is very friendly and keep the place spotless. There is plenty of space to camp and even though it is close to the main road the place is super quiet. It has all the facilities you might need. Electricity, a good WiFi, clean pool, toilets and showers with hot water. You also have a laundry room for a little extra and a section to hang clothes to dry. We stayed 2 nights and cannot recommend enough. It is a great place!

Report Check-In

Wifi, water and safe as advertised. 300 pesos for two people to tent camp. only problems are as tent campers we were asked to stay at a site right next to the highway so it was loud.

Report Check-In

Highly recommend! After reading about the amount of theft recently while boondocking on the beaches of La Paz it wasn't worth the risk for us. $20 a night for electric and water was well worth it to avoid anything getting stolen. The RV park is clean, has wifi, laundry and by far the best bathrooms I have seen in the Baja so far. Feels very safe! Highly recommend especially if you are towing a rig and don't want to leave it unattended while out and about!

Report Check-In

Exactly as described as by review from 1/26/2023.

Laundry often cost 200 pesos to get done, so getting to do it myself (offsets the 320 peso cost) with amazing showers?

Yeah, boyo!

Report Check-In

Beautiful place to spend a few night to refresh your self from boondocking. This place offers hot showers, laundry and there is a cafe on the premise. English is spoken here and the owner is very nice and accommodating. Can't say enough about this place just beautiful, with full hookups $30.00 us dollars a night.

Report Check-In

As someone else said, not sure why the rave reviews. For us, the vibe here was off. It's packed with a seasonal RV crowd, who have no issues staring at you as you drive like you were walking on their lawn. You feel observed on your every move, like when you're walking your dog in a neighborhood with an annoying HOA and neighbors with too much time in their hands; you know it's a matter of time until someone comes up with some drama for no reason. As mentioned before, a "US style RV park" indeed. You'll be happy if that's what you're after while in BCS. We went to Carlita's Casitas, which is still a convenient drive to La Paz for errands, but in our opinion has a much smaller, friendlier, diverse and more overlanding-style crowd.

Report Check-In

Spent two nights. Great place like previous reviews described. Hot shower, bathroom, laundromat, close to water fill, electricity hookup. One stop shop for travelers. Will be back.

Report Check-In

Super clean, super nice people, great showers, laundry, and pool. I dry camped for 2 nights, 320p/n, then 200 pesos to dump. Very quiet and secure. Was there for Carnaval; an Uber into town was $5-10. Highly recommended as a pay site.

Report Check-In

Beware! They have local groups that use their outdoor facility. I’ve had to put up with very loud music almost the entire day and last evening. Very annoying!!! Other than that, this is a nice place. The cakes in the shop are wonderful! Have you ever had a layer of cheese cake in your red velvet cake?

Report Check-In

Spent 2 nights again this year. Drycamped in the center section. Beautiful washrooms and showers. clean but cool pool to lounge beside. 1 pickleball court . Great hostess , very helpful. Great onsite cafe as well. propane and water fill stores just east of this park. Good road to walk or run up beside the park.

Report Check-In

If you have a big rig and towing it will work for camping if you have options for a spot. May call ahead. Was one of more expensive places to camp. Washing machines and dryers were busy.

Report Check-In

Easy to check in and find a spot for dry-camping with our Sprinter. Bathrooms (toilet, sink, and shower) were clean, well-maintained, and plentiful on the grounds. Laundry (large, new-ish machines) was $2US per wash and per dry, paid on honor system at front office. Wifi was not great for us either night we stayed, but the place was rather full, so maybe there was too much streaming going on. The while place was very clean and friendly and seemed like a good place for kids and nice dogs (we had neither). There are water spigots around the grounds, but I was told it is La Paz city water and not necessarily potable, so we filled our tanks with agua ligera at the water place just east of Campestre Maranatha (Alcalina Agua), which is highly recommended.

Report Check-In

this campground is beautiful and runs by a great family. the grandmother started it nearly 60 years ago and they have added a pool lots of play equipment beautiful restrooms small living spaces. also, they cater to large groups such as churches and retreats adults and children.
I highly recommend Camp Maranatha.

Report Check-In

Nicest shower rooms in Baja. You have a toilet, sink and shower all to yourself. It would benefit by having hooks for your towel and clothes and a shelf for your shower products. But hey. Nice and clean. This is a great place to recharge and clean up. Gravel pads so no mud. Close to La Paz. We ubered into town. Will stop again.

Report Check-In

nice campground. drycamp is 320 pn and next to the playground with trampoline. perfect with children. hot showers. the pool is very cold. There is some little entertainment for children. (movienight)

Report Check-In

So safe, kind staff, awesome amenities as listed (showers, bathrooms, laundry, sinks, potable water, pool, cafe, security, etc), very quiet in evenings, just absolutely lovely in every way. There is also great propane/filtered water, grocery shopping minutes away. Also there is a lovely cafe on site with coffee and delicious food! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Beautiful campground to get organized, laundry, dump tanks, clean camper before heading to Tecalote.

Report Check-In

Clean park with nice amenities. Showers are hot, pool was refreshing and immaculate. Staff was helpful and bi-lingual and helped me solve my issue with my Telcel. Close to the center of town, with some modest road noise from the highway. Lots of shady spaces near the trampoline and near the family camping area. Several families with kids were there during our two night stay. There is a lower rate if you are able to dry camp.

Report Check-In

Wonderful. The park is well kept, clean and service is friendly. Recommend.

Beautiful RV resort with pool, laundry, playgrounds, and a covered patio with picnic benches. Well-manicured gardens and clean, well-maintained bathrooms & showers. There’s even a café on-site!

Report Check-In

Awesome showers!!! Hot and strong! There is a pool and cafe on the corner

Report Check-In

Full service US style campground with everything you need and lots you don’t. Pickle ball table tennis children’s playground not much shade and superb toilets and showers. WiFi works and there are tables in the shade for busy scribes.
An excellent spot to get stuff done, swim in the pool and make travel plans.

Report Check-In

Stayed here for the night since we had dinner in town with friends! Super clean showers and a nice pool! They also have a small cafe onsite, we only got coffee but their food looked pretty good. They also have a washer and dryer for $35MXN each. We paid $300MXN for 2 people and 1 night!

Report Check-In

I stay here for two weeks every year and it is the most complete, clean, friendly and convenient campground (if you like those) in Baja California Sur.

Report Check-In

While not a very fun place for me as a dog (I really like beaches and freedom). My parents loved it here. Cheap, 300 pesos a day for dry camping. Pickleball courts and balls. Swimming pool. Hot showers. The wifi is a bit, uhhhh, as the humans would say “wonky”. But they said this is their favorite RV camp they’ve ever stayed at. So that has to mean something!

Report Check-In

Very nice Campground. Friendly Staff!! Clean toilets and showers. Bus (centenário) drive 20 past full hour to town.

Report Check-In

USA-style RV park. Hot showers, Washers and dryers, flush toilets, full hook-ups available(or dry camping for 300 Mx). Nice palapas with tables and hammocks, and a swimming pool. Only 10 minutes drive to major shopping area.

Report Check-In

Massive, clean and secure. Laundry, bathroom and showers are fabulous. Coffee shop a dream!
Dog owners: Beware of skunks at night!!

Report Check-In

Just got off ferry from Mazatlan and headed here for breakfast and two day stay

Report Check-In

As described by earlier posts, this place is first class, best we have seen in Baja yet. No hookups price is $15/night. North of town but makes for nice Basecamp for La Paz.

Report Check-In

Wifi is terrible, the restaurant and bar are closed but there is a cafe up front and a basketball court next to the huge fire pit behind the pool. Clean showers and bathrooms but lots of road noise since Rte 1 is literally right there. 500 pesos a night and 7th night is free, but for that price the wifi should work flawlessly and the restaurant etc should be open.

Report Check-In

We love this place. Best showers we had in Baja. We came back twice during our trip to use their laundry facilities. They have several washers and two dryers. It’s super super clean. They are on top of it. Plenty of dry camping.

Report Check-In

Very big, clean, and safe. The owner speaks English. If you pay for 6 nights, the 7th is free. Wifi worked all except one day for us.
The bus is $10 pesos and takes you to Walmart (15 minutes) or Centro (about 30 minutes). This is like 2 blocks from the Malecon.
The coffee shop/cafe on site has great pastries.

Report Check-In

Well developed nice campground convenient to Mex Hwy 1 and La Paz

Report Check-In

Paid $150 pesos to dump our tanks and fill up with water. Best price we have paid in all of Baja. Park looked nice but not near downtown or the water. We didn’t stay.

Report Check-In

Great camping with all the amenities.
playground and trampoline for the kids.
Hot tub has no water and the pool is small.
Great showers and there is laundering.
full hook up and safe, but sites are not private, nothing separating the site.
520 pesos per night.

Report Check-In

Great for families with the playground, lots of other kids here from all over the world. I don’t typically like RV parks, but this place has been great! It’s rather isolated, but have everything you need onsite.

Report Check-In

It's fine, not exactly sure why it gets rave reviews. 520 pesos, open rv parking lot, barely any shade but there's a swimming pool, laundry, electricity, wifi and so it's relaxing. Good for a night.

Report Check-In

Very comprehensive RV site, fry camping also available. Full hook up, 30 amp power, laundry on site, safe. Family owned and operated- very friendly and accommodating.

Report Check-In

This is the most wonderful campground we have found so far on the Baja peninsula. If you are looking for a place with services and not just roughing it. Clean, has everything you would want, friendly.

Report Check-In

As described, clean well kept park. They speak English and Spanish. $500 pesos for full hook ups. We took advantage of the level clean hounds and speedy WiFi. Higher fee than what we have been paying but still very worth it. We will stay here again in a few days. They do still offer al acarte options for those passing through.

Report Check-In

Perfect place to stop in La Paz. Beautifully landscaped RV Park with all the amenities Super clean restrooms and the best hot water showers we have had in Baja. 300 pesos to dry camp.

Report Check-In

It's all been said. Very well maintained. Hot showers with good water pressure. Washers and dryers for 35 pesos each. If you are not staying and just passing though: Ala carte 65 pesos for showers, $6 to dump, $10 for dump and water fill

Report Check-In

Nice spot with clean bathrooms and a pool. The dry camping area is small with no privacy. Right off the highway so there is road noise. Strong WiFi.

Report Check-In

Nice and large place. Very clean bathrooms, good wifi, restaurant at the place, easy to move from there to “el tecolote” and “balandra” 300 pesos for dry camping and 500 for the rich guys😬😬. Lemon tree behind the laundry for you to pickup and save a few pesos😁😁😁. Near to supermarkets and downtown..!!

Report Check-In

Our 3rd or 4th time here. Always clean & friendly with good wifi. Sling a hammock in the shade & kicked back while the laundry did it’s self. P300 for ‘dry camping ‘. Highly recommended. P35 p/load for laundry.

Report Check-In

Clean, super nice bathrooms, kind of expensive after all the stops I made coming down from Ensenada

Report Check-In

We are seemingly stuck here due to Corona travel restrictions. Place couldn't be better, there's a laundry and even a very nice pool! Restrooms are excellent, clean and cleaned daily, with TP, soap and paper towels. There's a bus to La Paz, but it's too crowded for these days so we take Uber. WiFi is good here, too (depends which site you've chosen).

Report Check-In

Lovely campground, clean and quiet. Great wifi, laundry, pool. A little pricy $27.00US or $500.00Mex. 15 min to Walmart and Soriano

Report Check-In

65 pesos to shower - but yes it is so worth it!! clean, hot, beautiful showers !!

Report Check-In

The campsite is your regular type of RV, etc campground. A little pricey at 300P for one person and dry camping but a welcome stop after the crazy Ciudad Constitución-La Paz Highway drovers! The restaurant is great. Loved their omelette breakfast with hash brown papas.

Report Check-In

Second time this year. No improvement on WiFi. They warn you it’s slow but it really useless. Credit cards not accepted

Report Check-In

Nice place to recharge before going on. Close to everything needed Second time this year !

Report Check-In

Full hook up 30A campground with pool, laundry, hot showers, cafe, and a playground. Busy street with road noise on the north side.

Good cell service. Wifi was unreliable (medium for a while then off for a while).

Stayed several days to explore La Paz and see Carnaval.

Report Check-In

This place has really pretty nice facilities, however for the entire three days we were here most of the were off limits as they were reserved by a group (which we never saw any evidence of). Pool was unavailable until late afternoon, which was a disappointment.

most of the property is surrounded by a high wall of attractive stone. the front along the highway has only a low chain link fence.

Groups and long term guest stay towards the back of the property amongst talk trees providing some shade and away from the highway.

Sort term and transient guests are relegated to a gravel lot directly alongside the highway. it has only a few trees, most of which are still too short to provide much shade.

Reliable power, full hookups, and strong water pressure are definitely positives. The barren gravel lot and noisy highway are negatives for transient guests.

While we were there the laundry had only two washers and a single drier (though there is a large clothesline areas for air drying. The washers were so much in demand that there was often a line and several hour wait. We got a load in at 6:45am and took the second wallet. washer.

So a high quality facility in good condition, run by friendly and helpful people, with a noisy location for transients.

Report Check-In

Awesome campground. Well maintained, clean grounds, hot showers, laundry. Office staff speaks some english.

Report Check-In

Awesome Camp ground. Well maintained, clean, hot showers, Laundery, office staff has some English.

Report Check-In

Great playground. Pool is NOT heated. Hot tub was drained for repairs. Hot showers and flush toilets. Mostly quiet at night. Very professionally run. Would stay here again. FYI we paid $300mx for dry camping with our Sprinter.

Report Check-In

Stayed here one night and paid 200mxp. We camped in the front area near the bathrooms and discovered that the road was quite noisy. Used earplugs and had a good night. The bathrooms are amazing.. clean and HOT showers. The entire campground was very clean. Good security here. The front office had closed circuit TV so they can keep an eye on the place. Highly recommend this RV park.

Stayed here January 2nd & 3rd 2020, . Very Nice Campground, very well maintained. New sanitary installations with hot water and very clean. There are washing machines at $2US ou 35 pesos to pay at the officina, but be patient, very long cycles!!!
A bit noisy in the section by the pool since highway is near
500 pesos/night

Report Check-In

Paid 500 pesos for a site with all hookups. 300 pesos for dry. Very nice place, new clean bathrooms with hot showers, clean pool. A bit noisy since very close to the main road. Nice welcome by Tania who speaks very well english

Report Check-In

As described. Good place to get organized for the ferry to the mainland. As others have noted, spendy at $300 for dry camping. And for that you would think the banos would get more attention. But - overall a good place.

Report Check-In

Great camp! We watched the last two series of Mr. Robot and the internet was bombastic, we also uploaded YouTube video and some photos. Just park as close as possible to the office and voila. Evening was hard on the WiFi but many people used it probably, movies were still going anyway. It was quiet and the people are very nice, they let us ship a document for the car on their address. Showers were hot, hot, hot.

Absolutely beautiful place, immaculately clean, plenty of sparkling clean bathrooms, very clean pool, playground for kids, coffee / sandwich shop, full hook ups, dry/tent camping or any variety in between.... We had a tent plus only power for $400 pesos per night. Lots of trees & shade in the older half, less shade in the newer half. (They recently added about 30 new RV/full hook up spots) The showers were brand new, hot hot, with awesome pressure. Laundry & drying lines for 35 pesos per load. There are also rooms and casitas for rent. We have paid more in some places & received a lot less.... Great place to relax and recharge 😊😎

Report Check-In

Great place with amazing hot showers and a nice pool.A little expensive for dry camping 300 pesos but it is La Paz and the staff are super helpful. I liked that they had price lists . We will come back

Report Check-In

Stayed here for 3 nights during last week each 300 Pesos/night. Very clean, nice bathroom with hot showers and pool. Was especially great as it poured for 2 days and street as well as other campgrounds were flooded. Nice Cafe and fast WiFi next to it - a real oasis.

Report Check-In

Nice clean and secure place. A bit pricey for camping. Camped in a gravel parking lot but there are a few trees and shade. Okay wifi. Pool looks nice. Bathrooms and nice and clean. Host is very kind and speaks English

Report Check-In

Very well kept and run but nice and helpful people. One of the guys who works here will do a great job washing your truck for a reasonable fee. Nice cafe out front with healthy fresh options. I've been here for three days doing so e minor repairs before taking the ferry to the mainland and have been the only one in the camp this time of year but everything is still open and being run professionally.

Report Check-In

2nd time there and stayed 5.nights to got fixed some car problems; dry campsite still for 300Pesos/night; the whole campground is very well maintained and the pool had the perfect temperature at this time of the year; the laundry is definitely the best we had in the last 4.month-35Pesos one load- there is no dryer but a loooong clothesline...perfect location for a big camper cleanup

Report Check-In

Nice rv park but expensive. It was good for one night to catch up videos, water and dumping. Met a really nice family in a EV camper. It was nice to be close to La Paz without having to stay in the city.

Report Check-In

Great campsite/RV park. Very clean, nice restrooms and showers, accommodating staff. We have camped in our Westfalia and also stayed in one of the apartmentos. Highly recommended.

Report Check-In

Stayed 2nights on a dry site for 300Pesos/night; some of the restrooms/bathrooms are very new and very nice with lots of space and you will get a hot shower with great pressure...best at Baja we had!- all of them are well maintained; when we checked in we were told the WiFi doesn’t work but after trying it worked slow with little outbreaks..

Report Check-In

A great park. A bit pricey for dry camping at $300/night, but with clean showers and toilets.

Report Check-In

Exactly as described.
We dry camped and got our laundry done. Wifi was very poor and had to stand by the cafe to get any sort of decent reception. Place is very clean and well kept.
The people spoke great English.
Pool was closed because the previous day there was apparently a large group who used it.
Caravans appear to stay here for a night or two as one was pulling in that evening.

Report Check-In

We don't like this place very much. It is expensive 300 (dry) and 500 (hook-ups). You have road noise. Internet was not working. The pool was closed (as it often is due to groups using it). It is, however, ok to spend a night here. Toilets and showers are good. Quite a few overlanders here.

Report Check-In

Nice and big campground with good facilities. Except in the weekend that the church group is visiting (every month). Then you’re sharing the bathrooms incl showers with 300+ people so they’re always occupied, without toilet paper and dirty. For me it’s ok that I can’t use the pool and there’s some noise if there’s a big group but the bathroom thing was really annoying. WiFi is hit or miss, the WiFi in the cafe in front is working best.

Report Check-In

lovely place. very well kept! friendly staff. a little close to the road, there is a hum of road noise. dry camped, paid 300pesos.

Report Check-In

This was our second time staying there. There was a church group staying in the camp buildings. They were up playing and repeating the same loud music as soon as the sun came up. They were also up pretty late chanting and screening. The pool was closed the next day which I think was because the church group were using it. It’s weird. If there is a group try to go somewhere else. Not worth the aggravation.

Report Check-In

Great location!!! Nice spots. English speaking staff. Clean restrooms and warm showers. Gated and safe. Many sites have trees with shade.

Report Check-In

Of the two RV parks in La Paz, this one is more kid and family friendly. It has a playground and a (cold!) pool. It’s a bit noisy at night and pricey (500 pesos for full hookups) but it’s really well maintained and nice for a quick stop. *If you are traveling without kids I recommend the other choice, it’s quiet and small and closer to town. :-)

Report Check-In

Awesome “camping” here. Dry RV spots for 300 pesos, full hookup spaces, and hotel rooms. Laundry is 35 pesos (no dryer). Pool, ping pong, valley ball. Slow WiFi but excellent ATT LTE coverage. Really nice bathrooms with hot showers.

Report Check-In

For a place with only electricity you pay 400 pesos. Full hook up 500p.
Very well maintained and good looking campground. Some bugs. Noisy during the day because of the highway. Area is not very special and it’s quite a ride to downtown La Paz.
Good internet.
For tenters there is a nice little lawn available.

Report Check-In

This is one of the best RV parks we visited in Baya California. Only stayed one night, but would come back again. Dry camping is $300 pesos, full hook ups are $500, we paid for dry camping. You need to pay for dumpstation and water if you don’t pay the full price. Pool is nice, but did not have a chance to use it. Wifi was excellent and cell reception great too. Overall great but pricey.

Showers are nice and hot

Report Check-In

price for dry camping was 300$. they let me camp on the grass lawn next to the house. showers clean, WiFi range ok, but internet went down a couple of times.
showers clean, big and warm.
was told there was security, but I didn't see any when I came back at night and hopped over the wall.
location was noisy along the carretera.
location not too great. can't walk to town, neighborhood is nothing special.
felt like 300 was a bit too much, 200 would be better for dry camping

Report Check-In

Great place as said before.
This campsite is more like we are used to in Canada and USA.
They take great care to keep it clean and maintaining it.

Report Check-In

Everything as decribed. Paid 300 MXN for dry camping. This is actually the furthest from the road, so less noise. Swimming pool is reserved for the boy scouts on saturday afternoon.

Report Check-In

great camp site/RV park. excellent toilets and showers, like a hotel bathroom. all the staff are friendly and helpful, good wifi, great pool and the site is kept amazingly clean. bus to el Centro La Paz outside gate, 10mps per person into city centre, about 30 mins via Walmart and the big stores shopping area. ask anything of the staff they have maps and very good local knowledge.

Report Check-In

never got so many mosquito bites in mi life before. horrible!!! but they have very clean showers.

Report Check-In

Huge RV park outside La Paz. Price is 300MP for dry camping. If you want electricity, water and dump price is 500MP, if you only want to fill your water tank or dump, it's also possible to pay a fee and do it. Cleanest toilets we've seen for a long time. Hot showers with good pressure, locks, toilet seats, TP and privacy. No soap though. Decent wifi.

Report Check-In

Clean, friendly, professional. really the best rv park in La Paz. Good HOT showers, clean flush toilets, pool. Small coffee shop on the corner. $300 pesos/night for dry camping.

Report Check-In

Great campsite. Very clean. The pool is a nice amenity.

Report Check-In

Nice campground a little outside of La Paz. Super clean toilets & nice hot showers. Washing machine available (no dryers - but clothes lines provided). Small swimming pool and even a little café/restaurant. Only negative point are the prices :-( 300 Pesos for dry camping and 500 Pesos full hookup (non negotiable)

Report Check-In

Expensive place to stay but only decent RV park in La Paz (and they know it so no negotiation is possible).
Good wifi, it worked OK on the dry camping spot. Security at night, pool and very clean toilets and showers. Nice coffee in the cafe next to the park, though wifi not so great there.

Report Check-In

Very nice but very expensive place to stay.

Report Check-In

Clean and lovely showers but quite loud. Road noise, a lot of dogs at night, camp ground chanting until late, and then before 7am music blasted by the same church group.

Report Check-In

A bit expensive (300 mx for drycamping), but really clean and well maintained. Lovely bathrooms, with hot shower (if you pick the right one ;-)), clean pool, sitting area's and friendly owners. Laundry can be done for 35 mx per load. No dryer available, but enough space to hang it to dry outside. Not really private camp spaces, but as it's not busy at the moment we didn't mind. 5 minute drive from walmart and about 15 minutes to La Paz downtown. Stayed 3 nights.

Report Check-In

$400 pesos, great rv park with everything you need. Great hot showers in both the locker rooms by the pool and private bathroom/shower at the back of the camp. Pool and grounds are spotless. Owner also runs the bakery/cafe at the front. Tania who runs the cafe is American and speaks perfect English and is very helpful. Great playground for kids.

Endroit très venté et poussiereux.Wifi aléatoire .Assez éloigné de tout.300 pesos la nuit avec tous les services.Piscine disponible.

Dry camping: 300 Pesos. If you stay 7 nights, 1 is free.
Very clean with swimming pool and playground.
Wifi [Password removed by moderator.] worked only 5 days of 10 we stayed. At the coffee it was always working.
You can make laundry but it will be not very clean.

Report Check-In

Good place, very clean, nice friendly owners, however, showers were barely warm enough to stand under it in the women's bathroom, the men's however have hot showers. Wifi is spotty. $300 pesos per night for dry camping

Report Check-In

This is easily the most clean and well manicured place we have stayed in Baja. We paid $16usd for dry camping .
Our computer broke a few days before we arrived here and Lucinda helped us ship a new computer to her address and she says people do it all of the time.
Everyone was very friendly and we highly recommend this place!

absolutely fantastic. highly recommended

Report Check-In

Very nice place to stay when you need fast WiFi and laundry. We stayed here 2 weeks while doing a language course in la Paz. All is very clean, pool is very nice and the owners helped us finding a good mechanic to do maintenance on our car. Also she took care of some trouble we had with UPS parcel services. In weekends they sometimes have church camps, and you cannot use the pool. We paid 250 per night for dry camping. When you stay 6 nights the 7th is free.

Report Check-In

Wanted 640 pesos for a truck camper and can camper for dry camping. Was told not allowed to use the pool as a church group was visiting for 3 days. Asked for a discount because of no pool access, wasn't interested in lowering price as pool access isn't included in the price just a bonus if no groups are renting it.
Free camping out of town at one of the amazing beaches past the ferry.

Report Check-In

Came here from the beach to ride out a hurricane. Very friendly owner and nice grounds/bathrooms/other facilities from what we saw while we watched the storm. Wifi was super fast...until the electricity went out from the storm. Paid 300 for a hookup site.

Report Check-In

Great location, very clean bathrooms, well maintained RV sites with water and electricity hookup. Friendly and helpful owners. The cafe has great coffee and good breakfast/lunch options. Mountain biking is close by. Only downside, you are not directly at the beach.

Report Check-In

For people who need to work while traveling and have a nice spot during the week with good cell service, this place is great. Very clean, quiet campground. Lots of places to find shade. Pool, playground, clean hot showers and bathrooms, laundry. Nice coffee shop and cafe in front of the campground. Paid 250 pesos for dry camping. Not a whole lot nearby that you can walk to though unfortunately.

Internet was available at out pitch

Report Check-In

Stayed here for a few nights, while recovering from a stomach bug. The facilities are extremely nice, if you feel like you need a room with AC they also have them.

Report Check-In

nice campground with pool and hookups; $22usd. Wi-Fi is only in cafe. nice owners.

Report Check-In

We stayed here because the other place was more expensive. However, for $22 a night you'd expect hot water and free wifi at the sites. There was wifi in the café out front but we could not get on in the Campground even with an extender. Owners very nice; nice pool; clean amenities and nice grassy spots as well as gravel ones. there is a bus on the half hour to get into town but we opted to drive.

Report Check-In

Gated campground/rooms for rent with pool, laundry, play areas, security guard all night etc. Place was almost empty when we were there. Campground wifi not working at the time, had to use cafe's wifi. Showers by pool not hot, but the ones by the laundry were. Wanted the equivalent of $16us for dry camping. Told owner, I'm Canadian and read 200 pesos and so she honored that price.

Report Check-In

Well maintained campground with clean restrooms and showers, there is also a pool and a washer. The WiFi worked only sometimes, but there is a good coffee shop right at the street with good WiFi. M$200

Report Check-In

Nice gated campground RV park with pool, hot showers, coffee shop with internet. Outside La Paz. 250 pesos per night.

Report Check-In

Nice pace. Misty for RVs but they accept tents. Showers, bathroom , pool. It was empty when we stayed 10/1/205. 250 pesos total for two people and two tents. Would stay again.

Report Check-In

Very clean and well maintained established campground. Right off of Highway Mex 1 on the outskirts of La Paz coming in from the north. Family owned. Very friendly. Spacious spots. Area for kids to play. Honor system laundry. Has full hookups or dry camping. Costs: 200 pesos for dry camping and 300 pesos for full hookups. Respite of calm. Cafe in front offers good soups, sandwiches and baked goods.

Report Check-In

Nice facilities, with showers. Place appears to be clear with nice people and staff. 16$ or 200 pesos if you are dry camping for two people. No electricity at dry camping sites.

Report Check-In

After many very basic campgrounds on Baja California a super well maintained campground with clean, modern bathrooms, electricity / water / waste water at site, a swimming pool and laundry (no dryer, but clotheslines).

The bus to the city of La Paz runs right in front of the cafe from the campsite. It is marked with "El Centenario" and costs 8 pesos / person. Stay in the bus until the last stop. At the same place the bus runs back to the campsite.
