As written, an excellent place to park in the city. Victor is welcoming and helps with any problem. In our case we had to make repairs to the camper box and soldering work was required.

Victor was very helpful. He organised a guy who came to the site and fixed a hole in our windscreen.

Big parking lot not far away from the city center and a big Unimarc nearby. You can fill up your camper with drinkable water and use a very good WIFI, when you park next to buildings in front (we could stream German TV). We were very lucky to meet Victor, who helped us a lot with mechanical troubles with our pickup camper. He organized a good friend, who revised our engine for a very good price, after some other mechanics did not find the malfunction. In total we had to stay there 2,5 weeks and in the end Victor invited us to the campo of his father for a nice asado.

Excellent place to park and spend some nights in Punta Arenas. Cato and his family, and in general all, are very friendly. They helped us in everything, they also invited us to spend the new year with them and their friends (Casas Rodantes en la Patagonia), now our friends too. We came to stay 2 days and we stayed 2 weeks. In the place there is good WiFi connection, electricity, water and place to remove gray / black water. Without a doubt, when we return to Punta Arenas, we will return to Victor’s place

Best parking option we had in town, quite in the night and more importantly wind wind protected. Victor is indeed very nice and friendly, picked up a good more wind protected spot for us, filled our water tank. There was also electricity if we wanted and a very good wifi. All in all recommended for a night or even two.

When we finally figured out where entrance was no one around so we just parked. Entrance is on Something de Motova off Captain Guillermo and has a black gate. Turns out Victor was away but we met his father, Manuel, working on his RV. He took our 5000 CLP and all was good. We hooked up to power and filled our tank from the hose. Slow wifi that disconnects from some devices at times. 4G cell reception. Quiet night. Recommend letting them know if you want to leave early as we had to wake up Manuel at 9 to let us out - could be different if Victor is there.

Good and quiet possibility to stay, if you like to visit the city.
Maps.me don’t shows the right way to the entrance. The entrance to the place is from the Street Sargento Aldea. There is no sign, only a white house on the corner.
