Report Check-In

We arrived at night, nobody was there. Quiet and safe. Toilets closed during day and night. After a rainy night the access road was very muddy. You have to drive nearly arround the whole laguna to arrive at the parking lot. The way that‘s indicated by maps.me gets you to the pedestrian entrance.

Asked the guards and they didn't want me to put my tent, they said it was dangerous and showed me a paying place. Didn't go there but up in the hill and it was safe and quiet.

Great place! We have a big rig (7.20m long, 2.30m wide and 3.10m hight), so we spent some time trying to get here either because the streets were too narrow with cars parked or because the main entrance has a gate too low... so in the pics we put the way we could take to get in.
We spent 2 days here, both of the times we told the guards and they passed by all the night, along with police rounds. Very safe and quiet!!
There’s a great playground for the kids as well. Great time here in Urcos

Nice place to sleep.
When I arrived, the guard adviced me to park next the bungalows during the night because there was light.
The security car did many tours.

We spent a quiet night here with two vans. The guard wanted us to pay for the night in the park. So we park at the entrance of the peatonal access.

Spent a night at the parking lot here. Was nice and quiet. After we arrived, we had a quick chat with the security guard who told is it was safe and free.
There are toilets (locked during night, not sure if open during the day).

You can drive around the entire lake. Access may be difficult for big rigs, as the access points are small, narrow streets.

On the opposite of the lake, you'll find an unofficial parking lot. Its basically a grass terrace. Not sure if safe to sleep there but nice to stay during the day.

Hello
Really nice place for sleep near the laguna and the town.
A lot of place for the children with grass.
So take care if you have a big rig like us... (L8.1 l 2.5 and high 3.7 meters)
When you arrived in town you must follow the road PE3S along the railways, you will drive around the town.
At a moment you'll let the road 3S and take on your left, at this moment you must take the first road on you right (you have the point on Ioverlander) it's seems like a bad road but it's ok.
If you take on your right on the laguna you will see all the laguna and find the parking place
You have a limit portic in wood I think to 3.90/4.00 meters in the middle of the wood when you go down the laguna.
We have see the police 3 or 4 times in the evening who have a look.
Enjoy

Indeed a fantastisch place to sleep. Try to make a little talk with the guards. it's really nice to know that you and they are here. a beautiful lake, safe and clean! Enjoy! We stayed here with our daughter in our rooftop tent.

Wow what a great spot, particularly considering some of the safety comments to the north. Security patrols all night and super quiet.
Height restriction of 2.75m when coming from square, and also v tight road so suggest you enter from main road.

Really pretty place. During the day some locals, during the night quiet and safe. The second evening local police stoped to check why are we parked here. When we explained that we plan to sleep here they said no problem and that it is really safe. All rig sizes can fit here and there is also a camping area with parillas where you could sleep in a tent. Maps.me might be a bit annoying here - just ask about the road that goes around the lake.
