Something not right?

Description

A full service campground right next to the Montana (next driveway) that was much cheaper. Tight squeeze getting in; big rigs I would walk it first to see if you'll fit. Some spots are right on the lake with views of the Volcano.

dirty bathroom and place, the facilities were not clean in 2 days. places are small, and you are very close to the people next to you
very expensive for what you get
10.000 per person and 5000 for the car for the first night.

Report Check-In

Oh the joys of civilised camping after 2 months of glorious wild camping in Patagonia: cars with loud music on the beach, noise, bloody snorers! That said, I actually quite liked this campsite: friendly host, glorious lake and volcano view on the doorstep beach, hot water in the showers and probably as clean as you can expect from Chile. Good value too at 12,000 each plus 5000 for the car on the first night, so second night 24,000.

Report Check-In

Nice camping close to the lake. Each campsite has a cover, electricity and parilla. Wifi is also available. Though, bathrooms could be cleaner. Paid 20.000 for 2 persons and a small campervan

Report Check-In

Campsite, paid 10.000 pppn. Place is ok, sheltered and elektricity. Shared facilities not really good. Shower was hot at womens, but not hot nor cold at men’s side. Not fully worth the price, but ok.

Report Check-In

good place with possible other additional activitys like rafting, climbing.
10000 for two in a campervan. no big rigs possible !!!

Report Check-In

Good campsite, quite expensive with 10.000 Pesos ppn, but that's the average in this area. Nice owner and good infrastructure (WiFi, electricity at sites, hot showers...). Spots are quite small and most of them have a low roof, so not all are suitable for campervans. There is a huge quincho to use, with stove, kitchen etc. Perfect for bad weather. We came here for the facilities and are satisfied.

They have lake access, beach is beautiful with views of two volcanos 🌋. You can also book activities like kayaking, rafting with them.

Report Check-In

Very nice campsite. We payed around 10000 Chilean pesos per night. Wi-Fi is available on the camp ground.

Report Check-In

winter, one myself on site, hot water, quiet off road, owner also provides tours for rafting and kayaking, direct access to beach.

Report Check-In

Campsite with direct access to the lake. The spots are very small. We fitted our 4x4 with rooftoptent on one site together with a little tent, but there was barely any place to walk. However, we did decide to stay for two nights, because of the bad weather. The camping has a nice common room where you can cook, make a fire and charge all your devices. The toilets and showers are a bit worn down downstairs, but if you walk up the stairs there are newer and cleaner ones with much more space. We were charged 8000 pesos per person and an additional 5000 for our car. However, after some negotiation we didn't pay this additional fee for the car. In the weekends the campsite tends to get really crowded, so don't expect a quiet night of sleep.

Report Check-In

Buen Lugar, con vista al Volcán Osorno, sitios con luz y electricidad. Baños, duchas con agua caliente hasta las 12am.

Report Check-In

Really nice. The camping was full and German lady offered us a cabana for 35000 pp. What really looked good. They offer a lot of tours.

Report Check-In

Nice campground on the lake. They have a variety of offerings, from tent camping to what appears to be a luxury cabaña. Our vehicle is 2.9m high and 6.8m long, and we were very tight to fit into their largest site. Anything larger and this would not be an option.

Report Check-In

nice campground with access to the beach (max 1min from the furthest sites!) that offers a great view of the Osorno volcano. don't rent bikes or SUPs as they are bad quality! camping here is recommended though

Report Check-In

Not as bad as stated below. Small sites, family camping with quiteness at night. Have not seen any dogs. Sheltered common area with fridge, water cookers, stove(?), fireplace and large tables.

Report Check-In

The area is nice, right on the beach of Enseada dos Lagos and with a beautiful view of Vulcan Osorno. The spots are quite tight but tables are covered and there is electricity. The bathrooms could be better, the water was hot but not enough, so for tall or more strong person, it is difficult. We paid 20.000 pesos for 4 adults.

Report Check-In

Average. Can't camp on beach. Camp sites are unromantic dusty bowls separated by token bush / fence. Dogs trashed the campsite the whole night making a huge mess of the rubbish bins and waking us up. Grubby bathrooms. But yes, water was hot.

Report Check-In

4000 Clp per person. Hot water and covered eating area protected from wind

Report Check-In

Camping and they also have kayaks for rent.
Easy walk to marcado down the street.
Hot water for showers and covered cooking/eating area.

Report Check-In

Good campground, no warm showers for men (might be fixed soon). Small shops are close. good for campervans.

Report Check-In

excellent campsite and the best in Ensenada. quite crowded in high season particularly in the we but very quiet with a family atmosphere. Beach is nice, wifi good and water hot! not friendly for big rigs.

Report Check-In

We spent 2 nights here. Because of high season the place were crowded. The beach is awesome. Each site has a table and a firepit for assado. Bathrooms are clean and showers hot. Wifi reached our site but worked slow. I think because of all the poeple using internet. High season price is 15000 clp per site and if you are more as 3 poeple its 5000 per person.

Report Check-In

Chile is really spoiling us for fantastic campsites! This one is awesome! The view from the beach is unbeatable and the campsite is well taken care off. Many areas now have a shelter with table and benches, which is nice when the weather is bad. Showers are not the best (poor water pressure) but are hot. They run a lot of excursions here too. Huge rigs might not fit in the designated areas. 5,000pp.

Report Check-In

Nice camping with excellent views on the lake and vulcanos. Paid 10.000 for two and campervan.

Report Check-In

Beautiful place at the lake between volcano Osorno and Calbuco; you can see both, covered in snow. Owner is very kind. We payed 8000 pesos for 2 people in a campervan. Toilets are clean, lady showers have bearly pressure, so i tried the men shower: warm, not hot. Used covered shelter to sit, cook, light fire and do dish washes. WiFi has wide range!

Report Check-In

Nice campground directly at the beach. Every site has a picknick table, power outlet and light. The sites are a bit small to fit in with a van but there are multiple options. Good WiFi covering the whole area, warm showers and communal shelter with sink.

Report Check-In

Very nice camping with arround 25 sites and several cabanas.

Sites in the back near the lake are very nice and have sun starting in the afternoon. Sites near the bathroom and toilets have sun starting already in the morning.

There is an coverd outdoor kitchen with cold water and a big firepit. No gas pits.

Toilets and bathroom (mens have two toilets, two urinoirs and two showers, women three toilets two showers) were not super clean, but ok. Shower is hot. As there were only a few guests the numbers of toilets and showers was ok, but seems not enough in high season?

Wifi is exceptional fast and there is a posibility to do your laundry for 2000 pesos per kg.

We paid 4000 pppn.

Report Check-In

Great place for camping. Stay here rather than the place next door. The wifi is stronger here and the bathroom facilities are better. The owner speaks excellent English and is nice and cheery. Each spot has a fire pit and electricity and there is a communal refuge hut with a fire pit and sinks for washing up. Excellent.

Report Check-In

Camping agréable, bien situé. sanitaires corrects. À réserver aux petits véhicules. 5000 pesos par personne. Personne parlant le français à l'accueil.

Report Check-In

nice spot, ok facilities but very noisy at night. we spent 2 nights: the first was a saturday and other campers were noisy, the second there was all night loud barking from the neighborhood dogs.

Report Check-In

Full service campsite. Individual pitches with electric, light and wifi (even away from house.) By the lake side which is beautiful. Average toilet block with medium warm showers. 8,000 pesos per night for 2 people in small campervan. Stayed 2 nights and we're only people there. Better to stay in Ensenada if you want to hike in the bettervtrails. Open later in the season.

A full service campground right next to the Montana (next driveway) that was much cheaper for tent campers. Tight squeeze getting in; big rigs I would walk it first to see if you'll fit. Some tent spots are right on the lake with views of the Volcano. Erica's note: I hated this overpriced, crowded place. Cost 4000 a person plus people with cars get charged another 10,000! So it was 18,000 for us to camp two feet away from other people. The woman told us about the extra 10000 for the car after we had totally set up camp or we would have never stayed.
