Description

Place with camping area and cabana, organizing tour to Cano Negro wildlife area.
The owners are friendly. Camping is 3000C per person, and wildlife tour range from 20000C to 25000C regarding the length (the price was for two person). We really appreciated both the camping site and the tour !

We stayed here for one night with our tent. We are the only guests and paid 3.000 Col. p.P. The owner is friendly, we had a fine place for the tent and could cook and eat under the big roof.

MOSQUITOES!!! This place could be good but unfortunately the mosquitoes just ruin everything… one year in Central America but this… haven’t had it this bad since Alaska!!!
We arrived a few hours ago and will be out of here in the morning, back to the mountains!
Shame, beautiful spot though maybe in a van with mozzie nets all around but not in a tent!

Really great spot after a cycle over the border. Has all the mod cons and we were allowed to camp down near the wetlands. Great spot to see a variety of birds!

Nice place to get away from the ‘normal’ and touristy attractions! Or if you are into wetlands! Peaceful, surrounded by nature, lots of birds, trees and a lagoon that connects to the wetlands. Clean, organized place... running water, toilets, cold shower, electricity, picnic table, hammocks. No WiFi as far as I know, but good cellular coverage. Camping and cabins area. Boat tours offered. Small store within walking distance for basic needs. Managed friendly by Mr. Douglas (‭+506 8720-4569‬) and Ms. Xinia

Great place to stay, Douglas and his wife are very friendly. We were the only ones, so we could pick the best spot next to the river. Not completely flat. Early in the morning (4 AM) fisherman cross the camping to the boats, they can be very loud... The shower was cold, brrrrr. Nice boat excursions. Nice restaurant nearby with local food and locals enjoying karaoke. Don’t go to the italian restaurant on the other side, has nothing to do with italian food and very expensibe.

$3,000/pp to camp. Hammock friendly. The owners are really friendly. We loved this place. It had all the luxuries a motorcycle rider needs - common area with tables, chairs and hammocks, nice clean bathroom and showers, kitchen, and electricity. The water is potable and there is a well stocked store in walking distance. Lots of wildlife to look at while you relax in a hammock. We saw monkeys our first day.
