the bathroom, or however you can call it, is so disgusting and dirty, you can't say they have toilet and shower. we were there to visit a friend who's there with her rig, for a week and nobody cleaned the bathroom. It was dirty when we came and it was exactly the same as we left. Happily we didn't have to use this room, we had our own. The only nice part at this place is the pool.

We stayed here for 10 days. The host is really nice. Yes, the bathroom is discusting but the rest was fine. The price was 250 pesos per day.

The toilets were something out of a horror movie. I walked in and sat on the toilet and only then realized my feet were covered in big ants that had been feasting on a few cockroaches. UGH so gross. You couldn't pay me to get naked in that room to shower. There were some really uninviting "snow birds", I recognised them from the vet that day and asked how their dog was doing and they responded "Can we help you?" "I just paid the owner to stay the night, he said to park here" "That's our spot, move over there" and they pointed to a spot on an incline. Overall very weird vibes, I recommend finding somewhere else.

Last poster said wash rooms weren’t the cleanest. I don’t know about the women’s room, but the men’s room is absolutely filthy. I refuse to shower in there. Just use the outdoor shower by the pool and hope you don’t have to poop while you’re staying there.

Also very fast wifi and playa La lancha is 10 mins drive! Very nice surfing spot

Pretty sweet place! Quiet, friendly owner, very cool swimming pool! Washrooms aren’t the cleanest, but for that price you can’t have it all! We had very good time here, recommended! :)

Two current RC spots with hook ups. Two more in the works, see pics. Great pool, restrooms were not very clean. For the price of $200peso, you can't beat it.

We went out of seasson. The place has a Lot of potencial but seems they don't realy Care much. Nobody was There. Asking and waiting we got to talk with the responsable of the place. He said that as it was not the seasson the grass was tall, but he could come back later un the afternoon and cut it, si We can park in the RV spot. We park out of the RV places. (not level) and he charge us 100 MXN just for park an use the swimming pool. He never took Care of the place as he promesed and he wanted to charge us 200 the second day. he only sent a woman to "clean" the bathroom (see the pictures).
the swimming pool was good! but also There was some locals having fun all day and night long with loud music and extra people invited (prostitutes)

The owner help us to squeeze under the lowest wire. Our 11'6" truck camper just fitted underneath. 200 pesos/night, toilets and showers available but they don't look very clean.
