Description

Huge well-organized and clean campground in El Bolson. Tons of space, we could find a quiet corner even on a weekend during high season. We paid 2500 pesos each per night (26/01/23). Clean showers and bathrooms and good wifi at the reception area. They also have a hostel for 4000 per bed (20/12/22).

7000 pp expensive. So we left! Children payed half priced.

Report Check-In

We spent a nice night here. It’s a massive grassy campground w/ soccer field, volleyball, big washroom block, hot showers, restaurant. Probably over 200 people there but everyone was polite and quiet by midnight. Sites have bbqs and tables. The far sites were quiet, but a far walk to the bathrooms. 10 minute walk to town. $6.50pp.

Report Check-In

We wanted to use only the showers (2,500 pp) but decide to stay a night. Price is now 5,000 pp. Very nice campsite. Front part is not open yet for the season so only few spots are available.

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Price is now 1500 pp. We were here with a tent, tent was free.

Report Check-In

ficamos 3 noites.

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Big and beautiful camping. A lot expensive. 3500 pesos ARG for 3 people and a travel trailer. Electricity at sites and water behind the bathrooms. We could not fulfill our water tank because the taps do not have the suitable conections.

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Large busy campsite with lots of employees and lots of backpackers. Sometimes noisy. Would not let us fill our water tank! Hot showers. Weak internet, only at reception.

Mucho espacio, mucha gente, muchos empleados. Ruido, musica. Duchas calientes.

Report Check-In

Nice campsite, friendly people and a nice vibe. Still 400pppn. Bathrooms aren't great but the showers were nice and hot. Wi-Fi was extremely slow.

Report Check-In

nice campground with many space for tents. the bathroom is a little bit shabby but hot showers and friendly owners. Craft beer at the bar! highly recommendable if you search for a good place near the city centre.

Report Check-In

This is a fantastic place to camp. It's extremely clean with good facilities. I went to visit the other campsites across the river which are cheaper... but they were filled with heavy drug users and didn't feel safe.

Report Check-In

Price Update:

We spent two nights. Really nice place, clean bathrooms (most of the time). There was some concerts at night at the Bar, really good.

Report Check-In

beautiful camping. best one for Young people in tents. if you want to stay quiet you can go to the last spots and you will be alone. campground is huge. ar$ 400 PP no extra fee for mh.

Report Check-In

Stayed here fir 2 nights over New Years so it was definitely a hopping place with different music in every other corner. Considering the holiday this was not a surprise. Mostly a young crowd, very easy walking to town. Clean bathrooms. Paid 600 pesos for 2 in a truck camper.

Report Check-In

Nice campsite, clean facilities. Price went up to 250 pp. Internet is currently not working, not sure if this is a structural thing.

Report Check-In

250pp many spots to camp, with shade. Clean bathrooms, no tp, hot shower. WiFi was ok. Light and electricity. Sinks to wash clothes. Fire pits and picnic tables as well. Close to center.

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

We stayed a night. Quiet place, clean, with a dishwasher and clothes. Beautiful view of the campsite for the snowy mountains. Electric power point and barbecue grills. We pay 200 pesos per person.

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Closed during off season. Cerrado por temporada baja. Fermé hors saison.

Report Check-In

Closed at time! They don’t say the reason!

Report Check-In

150 pesos pp for a shower. good, hot but expensive

Report Check-In

Nobody has mentioned that most of the site is not accessible by vehicle as most areas are blocked off by boulders or tree trunks. Some of the spots at the back are accessible but the trees are quite low and most of the accessible spots already had tents on (even though the site was pretty empty over all). Walk the site before you check in. Its close to town so we stayed one night and moved on.

Report Check-In

Price in Jan 2019 - 300 pppn. No additional cost for the car. We didn't stay there.

Report Check-In

Special promotion now for 150/person (normally 200). Pretty organized. Beautiful next to the horses and sheep and view of mountains. Grills. They turn on lights at night until 12, which is nice. Elec available. Hot water from 8am until 11pm. Wifi near main building. Bathrooms and communal sinks could have been a little cleaner, but there are many to choose from. 5-10 minute walk to town.

Report Check-In

large camp site. 150 ar$ pp. hot shower open from 8am til 10pm. not very clean. also je you at back of campsite it can be quite muddy and can get stuck with a heavy vehicle (we did). staff friendly .

Report Check-In

Huge and quite expensive 200pp for a camping, and you have to buy your toilet paper... but Wifi and a bar and close to the center.

Report Check-In

Large campsite, friendly, organised, close to town, hot showers, wifi!

Report Check-In

Muy buen lugar. Amplio y mucho verde para disfrutar. Venden cerveza artesanal. Wifi.

Report Check-In

Really big camping with Bbq pits, WiFi (only at reception area) hot showers 7am-12am. $Ar 150 pp/night during peak season. No kitchen, bring a grill for the BBQ if you have one, most of the pits are missing them.

Report Check-In

Good showers, lots of trees and quiet even in high season. Ideal. It's now 150pp but no charge for the van / camper.

Report Check-In

150 pesos for camping, with much improved wifi. If you camp near the main area you should have service from your tent.

Report Check-In

A huge, busy campground just outside El Bolson. We paid $100pppn. As the other comments have noted, the wifi only works around the main building, and can be intermittent. During our visit the toilets and showers were a bit grim - there were a lot of campers and it felt rather overcrowded. Would definitely recommend the far corners of the site for a bit of peace and quiet!

Report Check-In

Convenient location to walk into town with our dogs. We liked this place but it did cost 100 pesos per person and no charge for the vehicle. Hot water was consistent, bathrooms and showers were clean, and wifi worked but was slow. A very dog friendly camp with lots of nice dogs roaming around.

Report Check-In

Very crowded as it was Carnaval and hence pretty noisy at night. Mostly a very young crowd. Wifi seldom worked. Fairly clean. $120 pesos per person

Report Check-In

As described, go to the far end for a quieter spot. WiFi only the main building and electricity only in the sites neater the main building (hence why the far end is quieter) prices were $100pp plus $50 for the van.

Report Check-In

perfectly fine for a night. but I wish I stayed at another outside of town. staff are friendly to giving tips on where to hike. dogs everywhere.

Report Check-In

Very mellow atmosphere in this large campsite, even though half of it was fenced off and unused during our stay. Prices due to rise on 2nd Jan from AR $ 80 to AR $100 per person.

Report Check-In

We stay two nights here, the showers are very hot and the wifi is good. We paid $60pp and no fee for the car. We look for anothers campings in the town and this is the more cheap and with the best amenties.

Report Check-In

Huge well-organized and clean campground in El Bolson. Tons of space, we could find a quiet corner even on a weekend during high season. We paid 70 pesos each pet night plus 30 pesos for the vehicle. Clean showers and bathrooms and good wifi at the reception area.
