Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Just to update, fees are not being collected for this place right now. There's a bag taped over the fee collection box, so it is free to camp! The sites are well spaced and private, especially further down the road, and it is quiet. A few obviously long-term campers but nothing sketchy. Cobb was too busy with hunters so I am glad this place is almost deserted.
Report Check-InQuiet, primitive campground right on Ocean Pond. Only 12 sites and a boat ramp with vault toilet. All sites are a good distance apart with lots of shade. $10 a night. Probably not for big rigs.
Report Check-In$10 a night now, camp host on sight. Absolutely stunning spot, well worth it.
Report Check-InNice place. On the lake. Boat ramp. A bit busy over the holiday, but no issue finding a spot to camp. Bathrooms kept clean and garbage is picked up. Fee sign says $2/night.
Report Check-InGreat spot right on the lake... if you can get a site. I was here on a cold day in January and every spot was full except one. Clean bathrooms. $2 fee. Bugs are probably terrible when it's warm.

Fees were $2 or free depending on which sign you read. Posted sign said fees were going up $10 in the Spring.
