Something not right?

Description

Excellent location right on the Rio Ñirehuao next to some superb fishing spots with large trout. Very nice outdoor cooking areas with sinks, counters and grilling area (no stove, but abundant firewood provided). Clean bathroom with cold showers. A few level spots to park next to the river and many great tent sites. Run by a very sweet elderly couple. A bit pricey at 15,000 pesos per vehicle per night, but we thought it was well worth it for the great location.

Latest Check-Ins

Appears to be open based on newish sign at entrance but we didn’t stay.

If you are planning this loop with the X423 & X445: the drive is quite nice but there are very few wild camp opportunities for a vehicle as fences are close to the road leaving this campsite as one for the best alternatives

Very nice campsite away from the busy rute7. Place is as described. 5000pp. Also has tent shelter for rainy days. Laundry service 5000,-. Weak cellphone signal.

Thanks for the recommendation. We would not have come down this bumpy road because the nirahuao river did not even show up on our osm map. But it was very worth it we stayed 3 nights. Nice lady will sell her veggies, meat and eggs. Campsites are sweet. Big trouts. And now they have hot showers in the mornings!
