Description

I put this in as informal camping but it's a great little spot with amazing beers, great food. We happen to know some of the brewers from our past life and they are happy to welcome overlanders, plenty of room
to park. Do them and you a favor and order a couple beers, excellent change of pace from the normal Mexican options. It does get busy and crowded on weekends. The compound is amazing and has lots of history behind it going back 500 years. Lots of art shops, bakery, restaurants. The area is very safe to stay.

The beer and pizza were excellent, the parking not so much.
I introduced myself and explained that I was traveling, and could I park for the night. Employee didn't know, went to ask the boss who said it was fine - then came back a minute later and said actually could we park outside the compound in the driveway. That's fine, they showed us where we needed to pull all the way forward so large trucks could come in the night.
In the morning, the security guard woke us up and asked us to move again, since that area was for employees only. So we moved 3 times, did not get clear advice, and would not recommend this as an overnight location. There is a church nearby with a small square and parking out front, that seems worth a try for a small rig. We parked there for the rest day with no trouble.
Beautiful neighborhood!
