UPDATE: paved road almost finished and connects Highway 5 and 1! (This is the point where the good sealed road from the north ends. From here to Mex.1 it is a gravel road but passable for all cars, even the largest trucks.
The last gasoline and diesel until Guerrero Negro you'll find 17kms north from here (Pemex).
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
There is no gas station here and there never has been!
the icon should be changed to something else.
now that Highway five is complete there’s really no need for this location/icon to be here at all, or any of these comments!
This is where the adventure starts. There was no service person at the last gas station, we met several cars waiting there, somebody came and said the gas station was unattended whole day... Going further south the pavement ends few km from this spot. We got lost couple times in a maze of scattered orange cones, new road construction, old road and off-road tracks. We also bypassed Coco's corner on the unfinished new road and then connected to the old one again... So be careful and try to "read" the road markings better than us.
