Good place to visit Mexico City, as well as to leave your vehicle while traveling to your country. It has all the services and is very well managed by Raul who is an employee of the place. Raul is a very nice person and always willing to help.

Report Check-In

We spent one night in December at the park, then stored our van there for three weeks. We absolutely recommend it as a place to store your van since there was a cheap flat rate for a month (4 weeks for the price of 2) and it’s safe. It’s an hour Uber into the city. We paid 300 pesos to get our van cleaned while we were gone and he did a great job. It’s a huge place that is well-past it’s hayday and that gives it a creepy ambiance when you are staying there. It’s so empty, the drains stink, the bathrooms are sad. However, we’re glad we stayed because the main square of the Puebla Magica had a market and music and some really good restaurants. Check it out!

Report Check-In

We stood here for a night. There are many parking spaces. Most of them are long-term parkers. 250 pesos/night/vehicle.

Report Check-In

Very big and nice place. We were totally alone. Our dog could run freely. There is no hot water here and the electricity is limited. We could dump and fil our water tank. There is a wifi but very slow. There is not a lot of place like this around Mexico City.

Report Check-In

Stayed one night, before heading into CDMX. The guy running it was very friendly, but the bathrooms and showers were dirty. Lots of mosquitoes in toilet. It was 250 MXN for a Sprinter Van. Couple dogs roaming the lot, but weren't aggressive toward our dog. There are restaurants down the street in El Centro, but not much else. Huge spots for any size, couple of million dollar overland vehicles being stored here and other big rigs.

Report Check-In

The area is very large, not dusty, there is always a place to be found, very close to town, toilet and hot shower facilities, water on site, sewage too, no tables, very noisy at night due to dogs barking and traffic, shower are warm and clean, car wash on the place possible (350 Truck), laundry for 35P kg very expensive, Raoul is super helpful, all are nice here, but only Spanish speaking

Report Check-In

It is a good option to put your vehicle in a safe storage to visit Mexiko CD or home. Senojor Benjamin offers good taxi service to the Airport.

Report Check-In

We stayed here for 1 month. It is the closest full hookup location to Mexico City, though is still over an hour away. There are lots of nearby (under 20mins) shopping locations, and other useful stores. The park is fully paved and has nice views. We fit in our 43” RV wIthout much trouble. Sites are all reverse in, no pull through. It was very quiet while we were there. The owner and groundskeeper were very helpful and friendly. The price was reasonable. Unfortunately now for the negatives. The power is 15 and 30 amp with 2 of each socket per pillar (which is reasonable), however the voltage regularly dropped below 90volts and our Surge Protector would cut in to save damaging our appliances. This lead to us running on generator many times for periods of up to 11am till 7pm some days. The water pressure is almost non existent. We would fill our 200 gallon tank over 4 hours and then run on pump for days. Office is meant to be open 10am till 5pm Monday to Saturday, but we never found it open even once in 4 weeks. Large RV’s will struggle to make the turn into the entrance and forget towing a car in. It was such a drama to receive deliveries here as the drivers don’t follow instructions and no one opens the gate for them so they just mark it undeliverable and you have to chase them down for days. We never used the facilities at all, but overall the place is not very well maintained. It looks like the majority of the park hasn’t been touched since it was built. Everything looks at least 30 years old. 3 dogs roam the park. They are friendly and didn’t cause any trouble, but just in case you have pets this may be helpful. It is a real shame as the place has great potential, it just needs updating and the maintenance issues repaired.

We left our truck camper in storage for five days to visit Mexico City. We paid 150 pesos per night. The campsite is very good, secure and the staff very nice. We were able to dump and fill with water before leaving. We went to the toilets, which were in bad shape and dirty, that's a shame.

Report Check-In

We left our van here for 4 nights, 140pesos per night! Toilets were not in a good shape! Cheap to go to Mexico city with public transport but it takes 2h, we preferred Uber, in 50 minutes and for 250oesos we were in city centre ! To came back we used Didi (Mexican Uber). Very safe parking and seams one of the best options as all locals told us was better to don't drive in town with foreign plates!

Report Check-In

great place to stay, full hook up, restrooms, hot shower on demand, all paved, very secure, friendly owners, good place for rv storage and they arrange a taxi to the airport, rather good connection to Mexico City. Tepotzotlán is a friendy pleasant city.

Report Check-In

We stayed 4 nights in this huge and well maintained RV Park. After Pepe died there was a difficult time until everything was settled and the future defined. That explaines the earlier critical comments. Edith (daughter) and her husband Benjamin are running the Park and are very kind and helpful. Also their son and the employée are friendly. We got permanently a key to return from the beautiful village at any time. Only toilets and showers (cold) may need some renovation. For hot shower you have to ask for a key and wait 20 minutes until its hot. Currently about 15 RV's are stored. Storage and Airport shuttle service is offered for reasonable price. Near the Park there is Laboratorio Imagen & Diagnóstico which offers Covid PCR Test with result following day (for home flyers).

The person who runs the business is a rude poorly educated person who seems to have as a hobby disrespecting clients.
His name is Benjamin and it is better not to deal with him although it is best to find another place since in addition to the bad treatment is expensive and with poor services.

Report Check-In

It is an ok place. The price is 300 pesos for the night.

In order to take a hot shower, you need to ask for the key to one of the rooms. They gave us the key for room #4.

Don’t give your money to the guy working the grounds, he’s friendly but useless and can’t give you change or the shower key. Go to the office and register with the women.

The place isn’t anything special. We only stayed one night.

Report Check-In

This place was once very nice but there are no more hot showers and we had no encounter with the mentioned nice people. Only the lady at the reception which collected the fee (300 pesos) and denied the key for the gate.
Though the town is very nice and in walking distance.

Report Check-In

I was here last night (20:00), knocked on the gate(s), nobody there. Slept in a hotel. Came back this morning. There are three gates. You need to find the main one, with the name Pepe's RV Park. That gate closes at 18:00. The two other gates are in a side street and bear no name or anything, but they are closest to the GPS coordinates.

The extremely friendly employee working here quoted 300 MXN per night for camping, but for 3 months of storage I had to see Benjamin. I connected to their WiFi (password on door) and booked my flights. A guy in a white car passes twice, but does not introduce himself. The employee told me later that was Benjamin...

The employee solved one of my problems: he sold me a used suitcase (left by another overlander?) when I told him I needed to go into town to buy one for my flight.

I waited for Benjamin to come back but left after an hour. Bad for business, not greeting your customers.

Report Check-In

We had a wonderful stay at this great little RV Park. Beginning with a formal welcome with Coronitas by Edith and Raul, laundry service, an RV wash, and propane delivered to our site. The gate is secured so the office wants to be notified when you want in or out. clean bathrooms and hot showers. highly recommend!!

Report Check-In

The campground is o.k. The taxi was at the Airport in time. But Nicolas is really one oft the best mechanics I ever met. He solved problems, nobody else could solve. And for a reasonable price!

Report Check-In

Service gets worse and worse. Internet mostly doesn't work, sometimes you get a key for the shower, sometimes not, the same with the key for leaving into town. Driver was drunken when he drove us to the airport!
Additionally we had no luck with the car machanic Nicolás. His prices have been double than market prices. At least it was cheaper in the original Mercedes Garage!!!

Report Check-In

Taxi is now 800 MXN plus parking fee at the airport, hotel room is still 350 MXN.

Report Check-In

This place was nice, isn't anymore, just the more expensive (since Pepe dead) and the only one without hot showers and erratic WiFi
No more week prices, no discussion, 250 pesos a day that it, even if you want to stay 3 weeks like us so we move, too expensive and not so friendly, Benjamin told us that they don't like independent travelers....
Stay in Tehotihuacan, really better, specially rancho viejo, they love independent travelers, hot showers, very nice family's and 20% cheaper...

Report Check-In

We have been here three times this year and used it as an RV storage for 6 weeks. Th campground is spacious and convenient, the internet sometimes works, there are no hot showers and the toilets are rarely cleaned. It was nice enough but we had a problem with Benjamin, the manager. A misunderstanding turned into a full-blown argument on his end, telling us they don’t want individual campers and only want to deal with caravan groups. We no longer feel comfortable using this place as a home base.

Report Check-In

This might have been good when the owner was here but it's not anymore. The showers are not hot. The bathrooms are old. We were afraid to go out for dinner because the gate locks behind and they don't give a key to get in. They don't answer the gmail account, try the prodigy one. Certainly not worth the 300 pesos.

not too bad. things were kind of weird because the owner died while we were there. they kept locking us out at night. we have a 32' travel trailer and it was very difficult to get to the park and into the entrace- there is a huge dip at the entrance and the turn is pretty sharp. the internet is terrible and likely wont reach your rig. there is nothing to do in the local town. if you're looking for a launching point to visit Mexico city, you're better off going to the parks in Teotihuacan.

Report Check-In

We stored our RV here for 6 month, no problems, 1000 MXN per month.
Camping is 250 MXN per night and a hotel room is 350 MXN per night.
For 750 MXN Benjamin drives you to or from the airport. All were very friendly and helpful!
Only the hotel room had a lot of woodlice on the floor, but the beds were clean.

Report Check-In

Perfect camp spot for a few days while visiting Mexico City. Great, welcoming host who also does taxi service to the city (for 750). Price for camping is 250 pesos per night (150 for parking only while we were in the city) which was below average for a full hookup during our 6 weeks in Mexico.
Host Benjamin is a former tourist guide and can tell you a lot about where to go and how to get there.

Would definitely stay here again.

Report Check-In

Very correct campground for the price.
Full hookup. Very secure, laundry service.
Perfect to go visit Mexico without have to drive

Report Check-In

Storage price for a month is 1000 MXN. The bathrooms are still not very nice but Raul - the friendly man for everything - gave us the key for one of the rooms to have a hot shower. Nearby has Nico his garage. He works e.g. for Rotel Bus in Mexico and has experience with European trucks.

Report Check-In

Very nice campground. Quiet, secure, easy access to centre of Tepotzotlan, Pueblo Magico. Low water pressure. Wifi only good near office. 250 pesos per day with seventh day free if you stay a week. Good deal. Be Aware - Hoy no circula rules apply on Saturday near Walmart. We got caught and paid 3000 pesos. Not sure if we were scammed by Policia Municipal. If we had not had cash, apparently vehicle would have been impounded for 48 hours. Ouch.

We reached on Thursday afternoon after crazy driving in suburbs of Mexico City. It was impossible to exit with our RV so ended up paying a lot in couta highway. Well so we headed here and was happy to reach and park our RV safely;-) met Benjamin and he was very friendly and gave all the tips to go to Mexico City as mentioned by other traveler in the comment.

We stayed one night in Mexico City and 3 nights here. We did our laundry and went to the pretty town. It was indeed relaxing. Really great place to visit Mexico City.

Electricity, dumps, non-portable water, security, didn’t use the toilet and bathrooms, WiFi(not the last evening....no idea why it wasn’t working)

Report Check-In

When we arrived, the owner seemed friendly. He directed us to an area where he said the Wifi was good, but it was essentially a parking lot, right by the road. We asked if we could park near the back (there were dozens of other available spots with trees, and several more above the office with hedges.) I guess this made him mad. He told us, "I don't care, as long as you leave by 10am tomorrow. If you don't like it, go". We decided that the hot showers would make up for this rude guy! When we paid his wife in the office, she told us to ask for a key when we were ready to use the showers. We came back one hour later (4pm). The office was locked! And there was no schedule on the door. Some bathrooms/showers were open down by the camping area, but without water, and the toilets were full of unflushed poop! At 7pm, the office was still closed. Another guest told us to knock on the door of the owner's house. The owner was angry that we came to his house to bother him while he was eating, and told us to use the dirty bathrooms we saw before. He came with us to see if we were telling the truth about them not having water! On the way, we passed an open door in the back of the building. He said "Why did you open this? Read the sign: Out of service!" But we hadn't opened it! He tried to turn on the water in the bathroom but the pipes were empty. After an hour, he finally let us use the shower in an uncleaned hotel room. I'm embarrassed to say we paid 250 pesos for the worst experience we've ever had in an RV park. Internet is fast by office, but no running water, no lights around premises so be prepared to walk in the pitch black, and an owner who hated us for reasons beyond us.

Report Check-In

We stayed here for a week. 250 pesos a night. Benjamin and Edith are helpful although their English and our Spanish was limited, but we got by.
Benjamin drove us to the train station at Cuautitlan where we caught the train into Buenavista and from there the Metro into the city.
He charged 100 pesos each way for the half hour drive to the station. Coming back we called him from Buenavista and he was waiting for us when we got of the train at Cuautitlan. Journey to Buenavista is half an hour.
If you plan to drive anywhere from the RV Park be aware of the Hoy De Circula Driving Restrictions. The RV Park lies within the restricted area.
Electric at each site. Water pressure was a bit low. We didn't use the toilets or the showers.

Campground with full hook up and good internet. A easy walk into the city and the museum is very nice and the church is fantastic. 250 pesos per night. A good point to explore mexico city. We rent an air b n b apartment. The campground offers a shuttle into mexico city for 750pesos. We arranged a shuttle at the travel agency in town for 200pesos with an excellent service. The driver picked us up three days later. The campground offers a laundry service, but this was the most expensive laundry we ever had.

Report Check-In

We did not meet any friendly person there. Only a crook that wanted to charge 200 pesos for just a shower. YES! We read the reviews and thought to have a shower as we mainly stays in parking lots. The guy wanted to charge 200 pesos ONLY for a shower!!! He has a great business though where people pay 150 pesos (which is the average price for CAMPING all around Mexico) only for storage vehicles which for us is at least ridiculous. Its an option though for people who want to avoid driving in DF and are willing to pay for storage plus their transportation and hotel in DF.

Report Check-In

Great camping! Well-kept grounds, friendly owners, hot showers, full hookups and 10 min walk to a Pueblo Magico town! Huge space with lots of open spots. Would fit big rigs comfortably. **GPS was a little off for us. Look for a blue 'Pepes Hotel' sign on the street electrical posts. It's a big walled in structure with a secure gate. Wifi works near office.

Paid 250 pesos to camp with hook ups. The park is nice and large, and it's all cobblestone like pavers, and very nicely landscaped. We were one of two campers there. But there are a ton of big rig trucks stored here. It's an easy option into Mexico City as well. Super secure all walled and gated. Very nice.
