Something not right?

Description

Street parking. Quiet streets with large walls, mixed residential and business. Stayed here two nights without issue, well lit and right on the edge of town. Driving and parking in San Miguel is both difficult and expensive, take the highway all the way around to this side of town, take a right on Mario Talavera and look for parking, if none then turn right to get to Colegio Militar.
Easier after the afternoons rush hour. If you need to stall for time or scout the area, head to the Fábrica Aurora parking lot and shopping center one block away. Bathrooms and wifi there.

Stayed here for 2 nights at the very end of Calle Militar beside a delicious taco stand (see other icon). Some noise from dogs but other than that it was perfect.

Good and quiet spot near historical center. We stayed 2 nights. We felt really safe. Nobody bothered us.
We did not leave our van parked here during the day. We choose to pay for a parking lot, because some people broke in our friends' van 2 months ago and stole everything. They were parked in the street on Pila Seca.

C'est une rue comme une autre, plutôt etroite qui plus est. Aucun intérêt particulier d'aller dormir ici.

Spent +10 nights here. Super safe and neighbours were super friendly. Police checks the streets every night. Awesome electric mechanic on the corner (Tachin). They helped us with many problems. There is public wifi (megacable) but weak signal. The more you get closer to the historical center the better signal you’ll get.

Traveling in truck camper and this street is too narrow We parked at Aurora’s parking lot and walked around a bit. Found a estacianamos in same side of street as aurora. Big rig friendly through side gate. Friendly staff. 150mex / night. We are completely self
Contained and this worked great. 15 minute walk to plaza principal. Lavanderia 1 block toward plaza. 1/2 the price of RV park and friendly. Downside- gates close at 9pm so have to be back inside prior.

Large lot and we could walk our dogs each morning without issues. Stayed here 3 nights without battling the tight narrow streets. Quiet !!!

Arrived today - easy walk into the city center - just street parking - no amenities but bakery and other things within walking distance.
