in this area across the Arroyo River there is a bunch of pretty decent shady street parking spots. As far as bathrooms is concerned there are a couple on the beach. It's walking distance to everything especially the beach one block away.

Anyway it's walking distance to everything especially the beach one block away they've been cracking down on beach alley parking around here in the last few days... plus it's close to luludogo
