Beautiful viewpoint with a very friendly owner who maintains the property. There's no entry fee but I would recommend 1000 per person.
Camping on the property might be possible as well. Just ask. A lot of wildlife around. Standard 2WD Gravel to the property.

Nice little hike (total about 1km), Alban the owner is super friendly, we saw many black & green frogs on the trail, the view is also pretty nice.
As a goodbye present we got some bananas and norteño platanos.
We paid 2000.- for two ppl.
