Description
We liked this hotel in Lalibela, double room 400 bir (negotiable). Hot showers, European toilets with seat, Wi-Fi available. Secure parking with guard, there is a nice garden in front of the rooms. Hotel has a restaurant what we didn't try, we went in front of the hotel to restaurant Unique, can absolutely recommend the restaurant.

Prices negotiable - about 800 birr for Lalibela Churches, for few people it’s much much cheaper.
If you like trekking - he can prepare some attractions around. Even for few days, all included, with sleeping in hotels and food, not so expensive, the area is beautiful.
The hotel is quite nice, Internet works well, food is okay.
Nice rooms with en-suite. Garden in front. Very good hot shower with lots of pressure! When we arrived two ladies showed us the rooms. With them we agreed on 400 birr (without negotiation). But then a guy from the reception came in claiming that it was “high season” and we should pay $25. Of course we sticked to the agreed 400, which was accepted.
Unfortunately, he made us pay for breakfast, of which the lady said it was included, but we didn’t think it was worth fighting over.
Report Check-InSimple and clean rooms with hot running water and flushing toilets. Rooms located around a beautiful garden. Safe and securee parking with gate and gaurd. We paid 500 bir for a room with two twin beds but this didn't include breakfast. They wanted to charge 700 bir to have breakfast included but we opted out and got breakfast at a local cafe.
As we were super limited with time we got a guide from the hotel which costed us 500 bir. He was very informative and efficient with the minimal time we had and we actually managed to visit almost all the churches in the early morning, between 5 30 am and 7 am, which I highly reccommend if you want the most authentic experience, as many locals go in the early hours for morning prayers.
