Good illustrated museum about what happened during the invasion of the Falkland Islands in 1982. Free entrance. Opening: Mo-Fr 11:00- 16:00, no longer weekends I’m afraid (or maybe not in the winter).

very well done museum with quite a realistic view of history. Worth a visit!
Report Check-InWe really appreciated the enthusiastic young lady that explained the museum and the history. The photos are nice and there are a few artifacts and some great info. It is free. Has free wifi. Can easily be translated with Google translate and shows some pride in the history of this country. We felt it was worth an hour of our time.
Report Check-InAt the moment just open from 11 to 16.
We didn't find this museum very interesting. It has many maquettes of the planes and ships used during the war, some of the original clothes and equipment as well as some old photos of the soldiers who died.
For me personally the most interesting part were some original letters written by soldiers and their families. But I would have been interested in some more "basic" historical information as well (since I don't know a lot about this specific war).
It closes 16:00 on week days and weekend. It was closed when we arrived, 16:03.
