Overnight Parking Area on 3b parking lot at the Cypress Park. So says the sign.
Free. Stayed 2 nights there. Noone bothered us. Very quiet at night.
Couple pseudo "Fast and Furious" cars and bikes have "fun" on the parkings between 6 and 8pm burning tires. Then calm.

Arrived late in the evening about 11pm we had two small tent. Good night but the Park ranger had woken us at 6:40 and give us 20min to get away.
Report Check-InParking lot about 5-10 min drive from lookout point. Stayed here from around 11.30pm-10am with no one bothering us.
Report Check-InReal quiet during the night (except this guys who did burnouts at 4AM). Busier in the morning (cars passing by). Overall a good spot to spend a night near Vancouver and the view you get going there is pretty nice. No one came to tell us parking is not for sleeping in our cars.
Report Check-InGuy from Cypress mountain came by at 10pm and politely told us that the road is closed and we’d have to leave. Overnight parking apparently only for backcountry use.
Report Check-InYes, 3B is an overnight parking area. BUT the sign also says: "No sleeping in vehicles". So not a good option.
Report Check-InIt’s basically just a parking lot without anything. But it’s close to the city and close to the ski area. Lodges around open at 9 AM.
Report Check-InStayed here last night with no issues! The overnight lot is 3B. There are a few other lots and none of them allow overnight parking. 3B is the only lot you can park overnight. Fine for an overnight spot. Great hikes at cypress park.
Report Check-Ina guy from the Park came at 11:30pm, he told us the Park closed at 10:30pm. we are not loud to stay overnight, we had to leave.

Some cars were using this mountain road for some racing fun in the late evening, but not really annoying. Quiet and safe place. Nobody bothered us. Nice viewpoint at the High Way Lookout on the way up to this place.
