Bolivia
Toll booth with police control. Ask them to tip because supposedly we were missing a stamp from every Bolivian department we passed. Never asked us for these stamps in any police control of Bolivia.
We don't have any photos of this place yet.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Checked our TIP papers. Coming from Tarija we had to pay 11 Bol peaje with a big rig.
Report Check-InNo problems. They were very sweet.
Show licence and declaration jurada. They check your numberplate, asking where the journey is going and wish you a nice travel.😊.
Report Check-InNot corrupt but weird. Military control then a police control 2 meters later
Report Check-InPassed in both directions with our motos didn’t get stopped. we just bypassed all the vehicles right to the front and the agent just waved us through… checkpoints the way we like em!
Report Check-InJust controlled passport and tip, 2 minutes later we were allowed to proceed.
Report Check-InArrived late at night and a nice guy from police checked documents all good. Decided to sleep before the toll. A different guy in the morning wanted to make a problem because i was missing first aid kit and fire extinguisher. Saved myself from 40bol ticket after some resistance cause i entered the day before at night and didn t have the time to buy. Not corrupt behavior but he came looking for things missing.
Report Check-InOnly needed to show tip and got a stamp on the back. Did not need to pay
Report Check-InThey checked our licence and tip and we got a stamp on the back of it, they didn’t ask for money.
Report Check-In1st: go to the booth on the left and pay 5 BOB
2nd: go to the next booth and pay 3 BOB
3rd: go to the police booth with your TIP and driving license.
Don't forget to keep your receipt for the next toll booth.
5B$ toll and 3B$ for we don't know what...? The police stamped the back of the TIP.
Report Check-InADMIN NOTE: iOverlander does not support any illegal activity, Check-in has been deleted.
Report Check-InGoing from Tarija to Tupiza . There are 3 booths, first one we paid 5 bol the second 3 bol and in the third was the police who stamped the joint tickets. No corrupt behaviour.
Report Check-Insuper friendly stop. a simple stamp in the tip and then showed our toll receipt to the next booth and drove on.
Report Check-InPuesto de peaje con control policial. Pediros propina porque supuestamente nos faltaba un sello de cada departamento boliviano que pasamos. Nunca nos pediros esos sellos en ningún control policial de Bolivia.
