Says registered guests only at the door and cashier confirmed it. Besides, only 1 machine is working. We are going next door

today the laundry and showers are not working yet but the dump and car wash are. it's a water only no frills jet wash that gets the worst of the dempster off. entry added here as I couldn't get a second car wash entry here.

laundromat is open 8am and sign says last load starts at 6pm, doors locked at 8pm.

wash $4, dryer $3. no vending machine for detergents. machine takes only takes loonies and there's a change machine there or the office will break bigger bills so you don't end up with tons of coins.

É muito difícil eu fazer um comentário negativo por aqui, mas hoje fiquei bem chateada nessa lavanderia. A gente viu que estava escrito na porta somente para quem estava usando o camping, buscamos os responsáveis e pedimos se podíamos lavar nossas roupas aqui. A moça foi super educada e disse que sim, que como não tinha movimento não havia problemas algum, depois veio um homem que parecia ser o responsável e foi super mal educado, disse que a gente não podia usar o espaço já que não estávamos no camping. Então eu expliquei que havíamos falado com a pessoa do caixa e ela dose que não havia problemas, como eu já estava com as máquinas de roupa lavadas pedi para ele se eu podia secar para terminar o processo e ir embora. Ele disse que não, que eu não poderia secar. Então fui até o caixa e falei novamente com a moça, e ficou uma situação bem chata. Sem dizer que as máquinas são bem antigas. Não recomendo não, deveria ter um atendimento melhor.

It's very difficult for me to make a negative comment around here, but today I was really upset in this laundry room. We saw that it was written on the door only for those who were using the camping, we looked for those responsible and asked if we could wash our clothes here. The girl was super polite and said yes, that as there was no movement there were no problems, then a man came who seemed to be in charge and was super rude, he said that we could not use the space since we were not at the campsite . So I explained that we had spoken to the cashier and she said that there were no problems, as I already had the washing machines washed, I asked him if I could dry it to finish the process and leave. He said no, I couldn't dry it. So I went to the cashier and spoke to the girl again, and it was a very boring situation. Not to mention the machines are very old. I don't recommend, they should have better service.

Washing is $4 per load and drying is $3,50.

You don’t have to stay here to use the laundry facilities. 2,75 CAD for a load and another 2,75 for drying. There are 2 dollar showers around the corner. (slow) WiFi available.
