We wild camped at this car park in front of Hotel Ayelen after a very long border crossing from Chile. The hotel was closed for the season so we did not have access to any facilities. Nobody bothered us.

We parked on the other side of the road, close to the building named Hosteria on the map. There was a lot of traffic on the road as the pass had been closed for several days because of snow. However, we could sleep very quiet and didn’t hear the trucks or cars.
Nous nous sommes garé de l’autre côté de la route à côté du bâtiment indiqué Hosteria sur la carte. Il y avait beaucoup de trafic sur la route étant donné que le col avait été fermé plusieurs jours à cause de la neige. Néanmoins, nous avons très bien dormi sans entendre le bruit des voitures ni des camions.
Report Check-InNous nous sommes garés à droite de la route en direction du Chili à l'abri du vent vers les immeubles de la station de ski. En été il n'y a personne. Nuit très calme, nous entendions un peu les camions.
