Coming from Macedonia to Albania they do not issue green card (vehicle insurance). They’re a small check point so they don’t have the possibility there.
They made me return.
Very easy border crossing and very little traffic made it a quick one. Just be aware that they might check the green insurance card for the vehicle. In our case going from Albania to Newmazedonia the albanian post checked it.
This border crossing is much more convinient then the one at lake Ohrid. Smaller and and less to no traffic
