wrong check point. still closed.

Military check point is up and running again. stopped us and asked where we were going. they let is through.

The checkpoint was there but we were heading south which they didn't seem to care about. Looked like they were stopping and searching the north-bound cars

We drove by the GPS marker here prepared to stop but there was no checkpoint. Not even an old building where a checkpoint might have been. Perhaps an impromptu checkpoint was set up at some point, but it no longer exists.

Asked us where we were going, they had no English and we had limited Spanish so it was on our way we went. Friendly
