Great location to visit Blumenau! We sent an email to Josimeri ([email protected]) before. She and everyone else were so friendly. The place was very quiet during the night, the showers were hot with good pressure and everything was very clean. Electricity and water were available too. We paid 50 BRL per person per night. The Oktoberfest price might be different. We can absolutely recommend it!

Spacious, quiet, flat floor. It's an indoor parking lot for a city club. Very safe. Club staff extremely helpful and friendly. Water, electricity and bathrooms included in the rate. Great location, 10 minutes walk to Vila Germânica. BRL 50.00 per person.

Local amplo, silencioso, chão plano. É um estacionamento interno de um clube da cidade. Muito seguro. Funcionários do clube extremamente atenciosos e simpáticos. Água, energia elétrica e banheiros inclusos na diária.
Otima localização, a 10 minutos de caminhada até a Vila Germânica. R$ 50,00 por pessoa.

local super agradável e arborizado, tranquilo e silencioso, ambiente familiar
tem opção de parar na grama ou pedrinhas conforme achar melhor
também tem a disposição um tanque para lavar roupas, além do que foi marcado por aqui
não conseguimos contato antes de chegar porém foi tranquilo na hora e pegamos a chave para poder sair após o fechamento do restaurante que tem no local, visitamos a villa germanica a pé por ser próximo
para quem não precisa de muitas comodidades o preço de 50 reais por pessoa é um pouco salgado :/

Beautiful place not to far of the Blumenau`s downtown, clean and nice to stay.
Josimeri is very friendly and ever ready to help if you need.
The value now is 50 $ Reales per PAX.

We camp in a mobile home, there are bathrooms with hot water, shade, Wi-Fi and 220. You can enter until Friday at 6:00 p.m. They give you keys to stay the weekend. They charge 35 reais per person to spend the night (during the day you can stay as long as you want) very friendly and helpful!

Ótimo lugar para para estacionar e pernoitar, valor de R$35,00 por pessoa! Lugar seguro com muito espaço para motorhomes. Possui banheiros com chuveiros, Wi-Fi bom, restaurante. Fica próximo aos pontos turísticos de Blumenau, como a Vila Germânica e o Centro Histórico (10 mim a pé).

We arrived on a Saturday late morning, some people were preparing for a garden party. I received a warm welcome from a young man who showed me the place, and almost immediately we had a invitation to a party. Meri and Ingo are really friendly, they and also other club members will help you, whatever your problem is. Within the city the location is perfect, also Blumenau with its German influenced culture, Pomerode and Timbo (Valle Europa) is really worth a visit. It was first just a stop for us, on the route between Iguazu, Trece Tillas (and Thermas) and Florianapolis, but it turned out to be a hot spot by itself.

Nice place and very helpfull people. Very good food 21 Real pp drinks and postre included. We enjoyed Blumenau with the parade and the Wurststrasse and German village. The owners helped us to find the right battery's for the solar panels. We stayed here for 7 days. Costs 35 Real pp.

GREAT PLACE !
you can walk to the center and the German village. wifi next to reception, clean bathrooms very calm, the buffet is for 19 realea pp and is very good. to much better than floresta, and cheaper 35 realea pp includes camper. (floresta 50 pp) great place to stay in Oktoberfest

This is the area of the german club in Blumenau. The best place to explore the area. We stayed on the big graveled parking lot behind the mean buildings. No limits for big rigs. We had power(220V) and drinking water. Bathrooms are very clean, hot showers. Big restaurant. No camp-kitchen, no dumping. The people here is extremely gentle and helpful, if you have any problem, they will find a solution. On the evening they have german dancing groups, choirs etc. mostly with music, but not loud. At 10pm the latest it is completely quiet. To the center it is a walk of 15min, the same to the "villa germanica", to a big supermarket it is a walk of 10min. First access is possible until 6pm mon to fri, after this time and on weekends the gate is closed and you cannot enter, but staying here you will have a key. We payed 35 Reales per night. Das deutsche Kulturzentrum ist ein guter Standort für den Besuch von Blumenau. Die Verwalter Josimeri und Ingo sprechen deutsch und empfangen Gäste sehr freundlich. Sie helfen auch gerne bei der Suche nach und Vermittlung von Fachleuten für Reparaturen. Der hintere Parkplatz ist von der Straße her nicht einsehbar und spätestens ab 22 Uhr sehr ruhig. Vorher kann man eventuell Chorproben oder die Musik von Tanzgruppen hören. Strom und Wasser, ordentliche Toiletten und Duschen sind vorhanden. Mittags ist viel Betrieb auf dem Gelände und das Klubhausrestaurant bietet ein Buffet Livre mit großer Auswahl zum kleinen Preis, abends kleines Imbissangebot. Preis 35 Rs. für 2 Personen inkl. Fahrzeug. Freies WLAN vorhanden, schnell nur innerhalb des Klubhauses.
