This place is next to an official viewpoint with huge kyrgyz flag which offers great overview of the city as well as the mountains in the South. More southwards from the huge flag is a former orchard where you can wildcamp in between the sparse remains of trees from where you'll still have great views. Locals come here with normal 2WDs but once you leave tarmac expect to drive at least 15 minutes with average speed of 10-15 km/h on rough road.
Close proximity to a turkmen embassy may be a plus to some.

Very nice place to stay for a night close to the city. Even there is a lot of rubbish around at some places, it's still fine as there is a lot of flat space behind the flag. Totally quiet at night. If you need to go to the Turkmenistan embassy good place to stay over night.
Report Check-InWe tried to come fron the eastern side, did not make it. The road was a full of rubish, glass, so big holes so we turned aroynd. Might be better from other directions.
Report Check-InWe went to the top, but lot of people come here to hang out or bring a girl. we find a flat spot on the way up, and stayed 2 nights not continously. lot of others spots to find before night. nice view over Bishkek.
