Free dumping open in winter too. Has water to rinse things out.

Exact address: 8620 S Highland Dr, Sandy, UT 84093. Signs say “Cottonwood Improvement District.”

Dumping station is on the east side of the facility, follow signs to “RV entrance”. Great, free resource!
