GPS coordinates take you to the turnoff between two sets of patrolled gates. No charge. We were given a number and asked to sign in when arriving which we returned at the second gate the following morning. Loads of roads and opportunities to drive and park. We made it with our 2wd Westy but good tires required for some of the sites! Lovely and quiet... Did not see anyone for the entire time we parked up.

We never made it here, so can’t comment on the place if you do. The road is very washed out. You may be able to do it in a standard 2wd, but I would say it looks more like a high clearance 4x4 kind of place. We did a few very very slow kilometres and then decided it wasn’t worth it.
