Description

Nice big camping with really friendly owners! Tables, BBQ pits, large swimming pool (in high season), tennis court, football area, really clean bathrooms with hot water in the evening. Quiet and surrounded by a beautiful lake. 50pesos per person in low season, vehicle included. Also near a lot of good bodegas to visit!

We arrived on a wednesday afternoon. No other campers around. Just the handyman came to see us. Hé phoned the owner, 8000 pesos for 2 people. Cold water shower and excluding use of pool.

Report Check-In

Yes, friendly owner. Campground is okay, typical setup for Argentinian family fiestas in the weekend. Quiet during the week. Most disgusting bathrooms.... and that was after cleaning... Good for one night.

Let us camp for 80pP. Far less fancy than the name may suggest, this is actually pretty similar to any large northern Argentinian municipal campground. There's a big rather nice pool but using it costs extra. Many people came on Sunday to swim and make asados but it was overall unusually quiet for a weekend. Very few campers, even on Saturday night. Nice little lake in the back that is used for fishing (no swimming). Late Sunday night they came to tell us that they're completely closed Mondays and Tuesdays, but they allowed us to stay the night and opened up in the morning to let us out. Pet friendly. Showers weren't very warm at night. No wifi. Bbq, water, some electricity. Little kiosk on site.

They let us camp in late November although it seemed they weren't officially open for visitors. A nice caretaker lives on property. 30p per person. Hot showers grills tables no wifi. Very pretty, large and quiet with a nice lake to hike around. Recommended!

Just rolled up mid week and sign on gate says open weekends and holidays only.
