They charge whatever they want. They initially quoted for 120Q per night. After pushing her, she included breakfast at the same price. Finally, she went down to 100Q w/out breakfast for a double bed room/shared bathroom but we had to pay extra for parking. We paid 25Q for a night. Its a mess. There is no price list, these guys only care about money. Not recommended

Paid $100 Q for one night. Arrived after a crazy travel day with no money in our pockets and no gas in the tank. The owner helped us find a bank machine, a parking space and gave us a room. We were really grateful. Parking is secure and just a couple of blocks away. Parking was an extra $30 Q from 3pm to 10am.

The owner has changes and the name of the place is now Hostal Doña Lety. We stayed 2 days. The place is clean with fast wifi. You can cook there. The place is a bit austere but this is very quiet and calm if you look for a place to relax. Doña Lety is nice and she helped us finding a spanish school. We paid 90 qt for 2.

cute little hostal with shared bathrooms, cost 120 Q/ night for a double or a room with two beds. secure parking is about two blocks away and included (belongs to the staffs family). in zona 1 at 6a calle, take care of the one way-streets. bring a sweater for the night!
