This is one of the cheapest and most basic places we found. The city is very chaotic and full of motorbikes. The place is at 4a calle in Zona 1 and has no parking. A room costs 70Q with shared bathroom or 120Q with own bathroom. The safe parking lot is around the corner on the opposite of Hotel Casa Blanca. Between 7pm and 8am it cost 25Q, the rest goes by hour.

This is in reference to Hotel Casa Blanca - 230 Q a night, parking is secure though tight. Excellent wifi once it worked and restaurant was good. not so fun driving in town.
