Paid 400 for the room. They don't give you a key to your room. Instead they ask you to lock the door when you go out and then ask them to let you in when you get back. They also kept my drivers license overnight. Neither a huge deal, but annoying. Bed had just a thin comforter over the mattress and the shower was warm but only a single stream of water came out of the shower head. The did have AC but was buggy with mosquitos. The place is fine if you can't find anything else but really should be half the price.

Everything is still as described in the first entry unless we paid 400pesos, I was not in a mood to negotiate but pretty sure you can have it for 300. The place next foor is seafood now, pretty good if you don't want to go too far.

Humble little room for two people for 300mxp. Great secure parking, WiFi, and relatively clean. We get the idea that it’s sort of a don’t ask don’t tell motel. We didn’t get a receipt and we got a lot of weird looks going in there. The bed was fine, on its last leg as you could feel almost all of the springs. And the water in the drains were pretty pungent. The woman who “checked us in” sprayed a bunch of bug killer and turned on the AC when she showed us the room, which as I was already sick I wasn’t too keen on inhaling that as well, but didn’t say anything.
Overall, 300mxp for a place out of the heat with WiFi and a shower and functioning toilet isn’t bad. The taco place next door was pretty great, too. It wouldn’t be my first choice again but it wasn’t the worst place to get over a cold.

Charged 300mx for two people, one bed. Secure parking lot with restaurant across the street and taco shop next door. Decent room, comfortable bed.
