Nice, small free campground with paved spots. Note, as a National Park Service mentions, this can fill up quickly. Allocate, it's not entirely clear always where the spots are, and people kind of double park sometimes. I had to pickup back into my pull through spot in front of me during the night, but fortunately, he was left before I left in the morning. Recommend getting there by 3pm and definitely before 5.
Report Check-InAwesome free little park! Seems to be popular, but there are surprising a lot of spots to park, pitch a tent, etc. Clean restrooms and potable water too!
Report Check-InA wonderful free campground on the Natchez trace. Paved roads, paved sites, picnic tables and fire rings.
Stop # 111 .. 13 months of full time life in my motorhome. 18 spots mostly pull through. A bit confusing of a layout but just park near a fire pit and you're in a spot. The best one I found for my 32ft motorhome was the very last pull through. Level and had a good picnic table and fire pit. Nice trail to overlook. Decent bathrooms with running water. Grateful to have free places to park an rv for a few days. Find me on fb for videos and details of everywhere I've been and everywhere I'm going. So far 15 states and over 12000 miles. IOverlander has been such a blessing to help find all these great places ! Group name A Sudden Leap Into Boondocking
Came in at 17.00 and the place was filling-up rapidly. Only weak phone signal.
Report Check-InBeautiful but cramped campground. Even on a freezing day in February the place was full by 4pm. Water spigot was on and bathrooms spotless. They definitely could charge for this place so it’s pretty cool that it’s free. But a little too cramped for my style. Would probably stay again tho. 1 bar AT&T.
Report Check-InFull up by 4pm on a Thursday night in December. Glad we got there early. Great campsite for free. Almost no Google Fi reception. Quiet and dark.
Report Check-Inno fee/fee box as far as i can tell, no campground host to check. peaceful and super empty -- there are maybe three other people here max. tge bathrooms are very clean. decent AT&T cell service. some road noise but as a woman travelling solo that honestly makes me feel a bit safer sometimes? many of the sites are not flat, but there's enough room to figure it out. highly recommend overall
Report Check-InClean, safe campground right off the trace. Free!! Bathrooms are now open and clean too. Might spend a few extra days here!
Report Check-InSmall campground. Bathrooms were locked due to COVID. OK for a quick overnight stay.
Report Check-InGreat free campground along the Natchez Trace. We stayed two nights and only saw three other campers roll through. Bathrooms are still closed due to Covid-19. If you go hiking be careful of the poison oak and ivy.
Report Check-InBathrooms are closed because of COVID-19 - only few campers. Typical state park campground. Fire Pits, Picknick Tables etc. Very shady bc. in the woods.
Report Check-InQuiet, FREE campsite on Natchez Trace. No hook ups but clean toilets (no showers) & potable water. Had a little difficulty finding a level site but really nice views & free. Couple of small hikes.
Report Check-InFree 18 campsites, some are tents only. Picnic tables and fire rings on site. Flushing toilets available.
Report Check-Innice, natural campground. free camping. plenty of trash receptacles, clean restrooms with flush toilets and sink, drinking fountains, potable water, with picnic table and lantern post at site. big-rig friendly with pull thru sites. free
Report Check-InThis is a busy place, recommend you get in early, we arrived at 3pm to find only 2 available spots. No reservations, first come first served. It is Free and on the Natchez trail, bathroom, no showers nice forested area. Fire rings and mostly suitable for rigs, some tents sites, most of the ground of the road is on a slope
