There is a dirt road off the highway 139 at these coordinates. We found a few campsites. Signage indicated no fires in camp spots. No services, but we were able to set up for the night. No place indicating payment required.
1 bar 3G service on both Verizon and AT&T mobile.

stayed one night, in 35 foot skoolie. nice view of lake right off the road. road was quite at night. a exponential amount of bugs at dusk keep window and doors closed.
Report Check-InThis is a great little camp site with a nice view of Eagle Lake. I stayed in the lower area. there is an upper area but it's boggy, not level, and the trees block the view of the lake.
There is a rock fire ring but I didn't use it.
Road noise is apparent but not too bad.
1 bar or Verizon LTE at the camp site but full bars a quarter mile in either direction. Same for T-Mobile.
The highway can be nosy, but most times quiet. There is a large area for trailers that is somewhat unlevel, and there is also a few more spots up the Mt. for vans. There is also a creek! Some trash but not much.
Report Check-InYo super dope secluded camp site off the high way with good views . However my car did get broken into while i was sleeping here and that was scary so because of that . 2/10 steez points
Report Check-InNice view of lake and a fire pit! Need to bring own firewood. Overhanging trees will brush against top of 4wd sprinter vans
Report Check-Inthis place was nice, good for one vehicle by itself or two if you know the people...has a fire pit, plenty of wood. there is also a spot in the same access area but you'd need 4x4 access up there and its big enough for a nice group of people hang with their vans...maybe 3 or 4 but they'd need to know each other because would be tight.
Report Check-InThis is a BLM campsite on Eagle Lake—no toilets, or running water. The lake made for nice scenery. Careful not to drive too close to the lake, it can get muddy and marshy. High clearance 4x4 is not necessary.
