Something not right?

Description

I campground with numerous tables, parrillas and pull-ins, along the river and overlooking Parque Unzué.

We paid ARG$500 (USD$13.50 at the time), for 2 people. Warm showers, running water in toilets, although no toilet seats and above-average WiFi that reaches at least to the campsites near the reception.

Several friendly dogs owned by the staff. Very quiet at night. Likely quite lively during the high season.

Nice and quite campsite on a river. Bathrooms OK, not really able to park some more motorhomes.
But the very grumpy old man did not like foreign overlanders. He charged as 8.000 A$ for one motorhome with two persons for one night. OK, it was the easter weekend but this price was realy unfair. Anyway. Last night in Argentina, fire and forget.

We spent the night, clean showers, we pay $5500 (U$S 15) for 2 people and the van. Nice place by de river

Camping as margens do Rio Uruguay.

The price is now 4.000 pesos for a motorhome and two people. On top of that we were told to leave the next morning no later than 10 a.m.

Price now 2000$ pp + 500$ vehicle. Way too expensive so didn’t stay. Looked to be in good order and many locals.

We spent 3 days and 2 nights in this super quiet camping.
Plenty of place to park in the shade for big rigs and to pitch a tent.
Grill, bench, tables, potable water, electricity and Wifi.
Nice beach with a lifeguard and a peer to fish. You can also rent kayak.
No music allowed, so it's super quiet.
450 pp if you stay the night and the whole day or 350 pp if you stay one night and leave in the morning.
They can get a taxi for you to reach the city center if you need (or you can walk 45min just like us :)).
Highly recommended!

500 Peso for 2 persons in a van for the night. Really nice at the river. Because of the rain they had problems with high water but camping was no problem.
WiFi is ok next to the administration. "Hot" water was only a little bit warmer than the cold water.
Lots of mosquitos.
