No fuel. We have a bolivian ID with us. Nothing. Also not with Jerry can. But there is a black market in town.

Wouldn’t sell more than 5 litres in the jerrycan. 5 litres for 5 bol/l of gasolina in the jerrycan or more than 8 bol/l in the tank, we couldn’t negotiate at all, ridiculous

Very unfriendly woman she said the cost was 8.9 per liter when locals paid 3.8 per liter. I asked her why so expensive and told her it was dishonest to charge us so expensive knowing it is not in the law to charge more because foreigners plate. I asked her to charge us less without factura but then she got mad and refuse to serve us. Even the other local people try to help us saying the woman we would pay whatever she ask but she refuse tu serve us anyway.

Guy would not fill any gasoline for us at any price, but we had driven up to the pumps with our motorcycles (hadn't walked up).

We have Chilean plates, at first was refused any fuel, then told they could do it for 8.8b /Lt. After the lady ignoring us for about 10 minutes we asked again if she would do it for 5b /Lt she agreed with a smile.

After 2 minutes of negotiation we could fill up for 5B per liter.

Filled the tank of our USA car at 7Bs a litre. Very easy, just asked sin factura and didn't bother trying to haggle for a lower price.

Sold us gas at 7bov p/liter. could have negotiated lower but we were happy to get gas after 5 other stations refused us (coming from LaPaz)

Nowhere along this road from here to el alto will fill your tank or bidon if you are foreign!

Would refuse to sell gasoline. They said foreign vehicles are prohibited and jerry cans are prohibited.
