A good reccomendation of Hans from Finca Summerwind. On the beach side of Restaurante "La Enramada" there is a nice area with a lawn and we were allowed to camp right next to it. You will recognize restaurante La Enramada by it's neat looking dryy tree brenches walls. There are a lot of public toillets in the main street, and a couple of wifi networks. The best is to ask for Mr. Giovanny, the owner of the restaurant, and he will gladly show you exactly were to camp. The beach was nice enough and food was relatively unexpensive. With a "colaboración" you can plug to the restaurant electricity.

Report Check-Inin front of the Ramada it May be no problem but at the seaside i stuck in the sand who is verry soft. A 4x4 is important.
Report Check-InPerfect place to stay for a couple of days!! the family is extremely friendly and welcoming and the encocado delicious! good vibes at the beach. we stayed for two days and wish we stayed longer.
Report Check-InWe ate lunch here only. We had fish encocado and shrimp encocado, both excellent. We also ordered a fish ceviche which was no good, we couldn’t eat it. The beach is lined with restaurants so you have many choices.
Report Check-InLovely little fishing village. We stayed here for one night after a long day of driving. Beautiful restaurant and delicious seafood and vegetarian dishes. Fresh fruit smoothie and cheep beer (1.50usd for 22oz) were a big welcome. The owners are extremely nice and pet friendly. We camped on the beach in front of their restaurant.
Report Check-InHighly recommanded place behind the restaurant and in front of the beach. You stay for free and can also get electricity. You can see the fishermen do their job and buy fresh fish directly from the boat. With Hans from Finca Sommerwind we made a very interesting 2-day-adventuretrip with a selfmade train along an old railroad and by boat to the mangrove forest. It‘s a MUST. You can book Hans via e-Mail... [email protected]

Report Check-InGreat place to camp for the night! Nice owner of road restaurant, good food, bathroom and shower facilities near by. Did not have to pay but ate a meal. Town does not have much to offer.
Report Check-InFree beach camp behind restaurant. We tried to pay something but the owners refused. There is a decent block if showers and bathrooms down the street. 50 cents for a shower and 25 cents for the bathroom. Good for a one night stopover.
