Great camping in San Pedro de Atacama. Showers are clean, water is hot and they are open 24h/24h. There’s wifi at the reception. 50 l of water and 1 day electricity cost 7000 CH. the place is near the city center where you can easily go by walk.

Agree with newest posts. Big kitchen and living space available, which is nice in the wetter months. Don’t count on wifi for anything more than whatsapp. Facilities are clean, but showers are hard to get a comfortable temperature. Can also get quite noisy at night, so bring earplugs when camping. For us it was great as it was so close to the town’s center!

8000 pesos for a space for a tent. if you rent 4 nights then it's 7000. hot showers, very clean toilets and showers. Wi-Fi is horrible, but works. Quite expensive for a camping, but ok compared to prices of the city.

Clean campsite with tables for picnic, a kitchen to cook, hot showers, 8000 pp per person. Street with a nice bakery. The site is secure, I recommend this place!

Very nice area with good and enough facilities. Hot shower, clean toilets and kitchen, nice garden. BUT the Wifi is very bad.

The reviews below are a little mixed. We LOVED IT HERE: showers & toilets are very clean, showers hot 24/7 with enough room to also change. They have about 5 toilets and separate showers - so you never have to wait.

The garden / terrace is very cozy with three hammocks in total (two behind the building under trees) and tables and chairs to enjoy your time in between tours.

The WiFi is a little week and you do feel when more people use it, but you can manage.

If you stay three nights like us it is CLP 7’000 pppn otherwise CLP 8’000. We didn’t use electricity but asked to refill our water (40l) which was free.

I will add a restaurant here as separate spot, as there is a very lovely restaubar run by an extremely nice local couple on-site in the garden. They open in the evening between 7pm and 8pm and offer tasty Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and Pizzas - everything also as DELICIOUS VEGETARIAN OPTIONS. The prices are below average of what you pay in the busy city. But bring some time with you: they prepare everything, even the veggi paddies, freshly. Try their version of Pisco Sour!

If you preorder in the evening they also offer a very tasty breakfast at the agreed time. We had the continental breakfast with scrambled eggs for CLP 4’500 each.

Very nice hostel/campsite close to the center. Space for about 5 vihicles and tents. Friendly staff, has a little bar, a fireplace and a common kitchen. Paid 7000CLP ppn.

it's 7000 right now to camp in a tent. The site with tents is small and dusty but all the common spaces and terrases are very nice and well organised. Showers and toilets are perfect.
We asked and a bed in a dorm is 8000 CLP... so for 1000 pesos I suppose dorm option is better !

Washrooms and showers freshly renovated and good hot showers. Very clean. Price 8000 pp plus 7000 power and theoretically 7000 per tank full of water. Negotiable depending on the size of the tank. The other 2 campground in the vicinity are even more expensive and now ask 13000 and 15000 pp.
