Something not right?

Description

Big parking plaza (which the Argentinians call "playa") right besides the integrated Chilean/Argentinian integrated aduana, but on Argentina's side, immediately to the left as you leave the Aduana. Great spot to spend the night if the parking plaza on the Chilean side is closed (as it was for us last night). Just ask for permission from the Argentinian officials when you're being processed in the Aduana, as there's a sign saying "trucks only". No services, but very little noise (surprisingly no trucks, just us and another motorhome), and incredibly very little wind (perhaps the Aduana building worked as a shield). There's an overflowing trash can at one end of the lot, and clean toilets can be found in the Aduana building about 50 meters away.

Latest Check-Ins

Asked aduana if we could camp in the truck lot. Very nice…no problem.

Quiet. Pro tip…..use the trucks for a wind break.

Report Check-In

We camped overnight after asking for permission. Sometimes it is possible to connect to the Wi-Fi of the border, depending on the distance you park from the building.
