nous sommes arrivés nuit tombante dans la ville. 500m avant d'arriver au but, nous étions dans un marché sur la rue, pas très à l'aise par tant de saletés....heureusement, ce petit parking propre, accueillant, éclairé devant des courts de tennis. on s'y est bien senti. les heures qui ont sui i, la police est passée 4 fois stoppant parfois quelques minutes devant nous puis repartant. très sécurisant. la nuit pas ou peu de circulation sur la route. très calme...Nice spot...

nice place, police and military maybe, are coming around each hour during the night.
no issues at all.
at one time in the day, the poluce came and asked few questions, from where i m coming and where i m going, but they said it s for research, they need to record all the foreigners. nice people.
good place, not sure if big buses can park, but i guess so, you just need to come right from the main road, from south.

We have arrived late in Ocosingo and were given strict "NO" to overnight parking at Pemex. In a pinch we found this spot at the sport grounds parking. No gates, no signs, no security guards.

Number of vehicles were parked there during the whole night. The area has street lights, the same goes for buildings. The street was relatively busy, but between 11pm - 5am it was dead quiet.
