This place is amazing. It’s known as 12 mile hot springs and it is not established for camping although some ground is even enough for vehicle dwelling.
The dirt road is small and windy with shallow water crossings.
There is an old concrete retaining wall which retains natural hot spring water along the side of a rock face with a warm stream running next to it. The pool area is roughly 50’ long by 10’ wide and about 3’ deep.
Vehicles up to the size of a Sprinter Van will fit here, but need some ground clearance for the road. the road is rough and hilly but worth the drive.

it's windy in the evening and chilly at night. i wish springs were hotter :) but the place is beautiful and super quiet, phone shows some LTE but I got starlink. the roads goes beyond the spring to the reservoir i think, will do the hike later on. crossing the river was easier than going first 3/4 miles from the road, have F250 with a truck camper so have to go really slow on those bumps. there is at least 1 level spot about 3/4 miles after the springs.
watch out for snakes
amazing and beautiful place. don't attempt if you have a top heavy or long vehicle as the road is full of tank traps. high clearance is a must
Report Check-Invery cool spot in the canyon. the road is very rutted it would help to have clearance & 4wd. i have neither & being extra careful i was able to make it to the first spot along the creek. there are 3 spots (before the hot springs) where the water crosses the road and would not recommend trying unless you have a 4wd truck. the first spot along the creek is only about .25 miles from the hot spring. if you don't want to do any of the tough driving there is a flat spot at the beginning that a lot of people were parking and stayed the night.
Report Check-InGreat place to visit for an evening soak. Camping is nearby but only if your vehicle can reach it. Cars and low clearance rigs, highly recommend stopping early on the dirt pulloff and hike the ~1.5 miles to the hot spring.
Report Check-InExcellent spot, the road is as described really really bumpy but it was worth it.
Report Check-InTerrible road in. An ATV will have a hard time with it. I did not make it all the way with my Ram Promaster
Report Check-InWell worth the drive to this hot spring. Very clean, the locals do a great job maintaining the hot spring
Report Check-InWe camped directly at the hot spring pool, like 2 other 4x4 trucks did. The road to there was bumpy but dry, and we had to cross the warm river twice. It's a fantastic place for max 4 small cars with 4x4 and high clearance. We stayed 1 night. No facilities. AT&T 2bars.
Report Check-InDrive in was pretty easy, might suggest 4x4 if it’s been raining though. Two creek crossings, both weren’t very deep. Met friendly locals there, place is clean and wasn’t busy at all in. About 5 or 6 camp spots, all for small rigs or tents but there is a spot about 3/8 mile before you get to the springs that’s flat and large. See more here. https://youtu.be/BCzq8UlA4lA
Report Check-Inlovely clean pool. very rough road though. be careful. i walked 1.5 miles in and am glad that I did. cell reception here.
Report Check-InWe pulled in and camped by the turnoff from the paved road. Decided not to try the road in our van. Very flat and plenty of space for a big rig. Then in the morning we walked down the road to the hot springs. The road had dried out and was definitely passable with high clearance and 4W drive. We saw a pickup who pulled over and camped just before the major river crossing near the springs. Beautiful spot to camp although a little windy. Hot springs were large and very relaxing. We had them all to ourselves. Remember to pack it out and keep this spot beautiful!
Report Check-InRoad was very bumpy and soft/slippery, so we only drove about halfway and walked the rest. the pin is dropped at the actual hot springs but there are places to pull over and camp along the dirt road. Lots of wildlife and no other people in sight
Report Check-InWe spent one night here in a nice flat spot just right after the turn off. We hiked to the hot springs in the morning as the road was VERY rough (even for our 4x4 with high clearance). Hot springs are big and deep and we had the place to ourselves!
