Awesome little spot away from town. Soft dirt that is maintained. Good for tenting, car camping, or small camper vans. The owner was really chill and had a great vision for the place! It has two or three spots to stay. At night it’s very quite with the exception of vehicles going by randomly on the nearby road. Creature noises and cowbells in the distance we’re cool! There is fermented goods available too! Two dogs on site who are friendly with people. Composting toilet which is “open concept” with some trees for privacy but it’s cool to do business in nature! Three spots total I believe. We went for a walk which was nice, there’s an amazing sunset view overlooking the valley and ocean. Would stay again as a break from the beach scene.

Sabrina and Dane are working hard to continually improve the experience of this permaculture retreat. We spent 3 nights at Rancho Pacifico and felt it was well worth the drive up into the hills outside of Pescadaro. The area was so quiet and peaceful- the only sounds being the cow bells from the grazing cattle in the hills, birds and insects and the odd car. Dane and Sabrina are very friendly and even invited us up to their place for a lovely potluck which was such a treat with good company and incredible sunset views, plus getting to enjoy Dane’s musical talent on the guitar. We definitely recommend and hope to be back!

Fantastico! Dane and Sabrina are cool and creative owners of the amazing Rancho Pacifico Baja in the foothill of Sierra de La Laguna. Views of the Pacific, natural desert plants, birds, reptiles, can be found everywhere. A morning or evening walk along the nature trail offer exploration and meditation. Our choice was to in the wall tent where we found views and tranquility, a wonderful space for yoga, a place to immerse in desert beauty.

Camped here 1 night in tent. Surprised by the reviews as not impressed with this place at 200 pesos/night for a mediocre spot in a dusty environment with no water. Area infiltrated with flies. Traffic on dirt road thruout the day/night. Evident little maintenance has been done.

Beautiful spot out in the desert. We have stayed here for over a month and still enjoy the quiet nights and the massive variety of wildlife around us. We have seen everything from glow in the dark scorpions and tarantulas to hummingbirds and huge lizards. It’s also nice to have the luxury of complete silence at night here in Baja!

Dane and Sabrina have been fantastic hosts to us, and have put a lot of effort into the place. There are plans to add showers and upgrade the campsite in the immediate future. Its nice to have a spacious area to camp and some privacy too. A nice change from the beach if you are looking for some hiking into the mountains and a change of scenery.

You should definitely try their homemade bread and kombucha when you visit!

Great rancho in a beautiful desert setting! We stayed here during the Easter weekend for a week and came back in June for another month. Dane and Sabrina are super chilled hosts and received us with open arms, even during these strange Corona times.

The ranch is a proper off the grid campground. There is a pit toilet, but you need to bring water and supplies yourself and take the trash back (easy to do, because there are public bins in Todos Santos). The campground has some 3G coverage, but if you go up the hill towards their palapa you will find a spot "la oficina" with 4G and good speeds (best in the morning and evenings). But staying here is not about checking Instagram or surfing, but rather enjoying the desert properly. Even after a month of staying here, we noticed new birds, reptiles and mammals around, there is a ton of wildlife hidden here! The property is really big and has a trail that goes into the Backcountry into a 500+ years old cactus forest. You shouldn't miss this!

If you want a break from the buzz of Todos Santos or

El Pescadero, this is the place to go! Big rigs can fit into the campground, but you need some driving skills to maneuver it down the dirt track and into the campground. Personally I wouldn't recommend anything bigger than 10m / 30ft. We were there in a campervan(6m / 18ft) and fit in easily.

By the way, Sabrina makes awesome sourdough bread and cinnamon rolls on the weekend, don't forget to preorder some :-)

Awesome property and great hosts. We stayed here one night in our van and couldn't have asked for more. My daughter and I laid in the hammock for hours watching all the birds and butterflies. $200 pesos well spent!

Amazing secluded campsite in the Sierra Laguna's with very friendly owners. The campsite is flat and shaded with a hammock and clean pit toilet. Lots of hiking in the area and it is great to just relax in the beautiful desert. views of the mountains and the ocean are truly spectacular! We loved the stars and all the desert sounds at night including the tinkling of the cow/donkey bells at night.
