Nothing into south direction only northbound checking today.

Waited about 20-25 mins in line. First military checkpoint, they checked our paperwork, and checked our van quickly. They were nice and friendly. They even gifted us a goodie bag full of snacks and drinks.
Second military checkpoint was a little more intense. They checked our paperwork, said our FMM was expired when it wasn’t so we had to show them how it wasn’t. They also asked for our dogs paperwork, to make sure they are allowed to travel and their vaccines are up to date. They checked our van quickly because I told them one of my dogs was aggressive (he is not) but they are always hesitant when you tell them you have an aggressive dog. They weren’t terrible, some of them friendly, some annoying, one asked money for Coca Cola. In total it was about 45 mins with waiting in line and getting checked twice. Make sure you have all your documents and stand by the door when they check your van.

Heading north. Got stopped twice at this checkpoint. First guy was a military. Asked the usual questions, checked our van quickly then let us go. A few meters after, police waved us to stop. This time they really searched our van. They were knocking on the floors and roof. One cop kept initiating and asking if we did drugs. He searched my purse and searched my partner's pockets. I think they try to make you feel comfortable by being "friendly" and funny so people confess to doing drugs. And at the end after wasting our time for 20 minutes(it was starting to get late), they had the audacity to ask us for money for coffee. We refused of course. They seemed like corrupt cops. I wish I was filming this checkpoint. They probably would have calmed down.

direction south: They just waved us through.

No problem (not even checked us) direction North- but had a looong traffic jam to the South.

The actual check point is behind the bridge. They stopped us and asked us where we come from and where we are going. No problems, they are friendly. We could keep going.

Just one police truck and a couple officers but they were on the other side. We just drove right through, headed east toward Cardenas.

Immigration control. They just asked for passports and "tarjeta migratoria". everything was fine.

Passed on our way south around 3:30 pm on a sunday. They were kinda checking on the north bound but nothing on our side.

Lots of traffic going north at 4pm. Spent 20 minutes in slow traffic, went through check point without getting pulled aside. Mostly checking public busses and semi trucks

just passed through there direction Villahermosa... 23h14, no traffic and no wait at all in this direction, but lots lots of trucks in line on the opposite direction... the wait seems unending for them. us we just passed through easy.

They were checking vehicles going north today but no inspection going south.

We did get pulled over at the stop and they wanted to see our immigration form. We got pulled over at a few other stops before this as well.

Just prior to these coordinates if you're headed north and just after if you're headed south. Super slow checkpoint of federales and military, tons of semi trucks and hawkers trying to sell things. took about 20mins to go thru but we weren't pulled in, just frustrated with the slowness.
