Très sympa comme endroit. Verdure, piscine, perroquets et chevaux sur place. Eau , électricité et douche dispo. Ils ont accepté notre petite chienne. Nous y avons laissé notre camion 90 jours sans soucis. La ville est très facile d’accès en Uber et l’aéroport est à 10 min seulement. Expérience parfaite pour nous.
100 000 guaranis par nuit et 1 800 000 guaranis pour le storage de 3 mois et 30 000 guaranis pour les trajets jusqu’à l’aéroport . On recommande 👍

Carmen and her son are very helpfull.
The place is very quiet and nice.
We stay nine days, electricity, wifi are very good. Toilet and shower and potable water available.
The place was flat, this is a must !
For sure, if I come back to Asuncion, I will come back there.
As said 10000Gs pers day, for 2 and a big rigs. Possibility to use washing machine for 25000Gs per wash.

Stayed 1 night. 1-2 flattish spots on grass with bit of shade. We would have loved move shade.
Green yes, but wouldn’t call it an “oasis”. VERY LOUD music from all sides, barking dogs all night, honking cars, microphones for karaoke and announcements. So very noisy.
On second night, Monday, at 22.30 very loud live music from the building next door. It was SUPER loud and literally 15m from where we sleep. Because of the heat you need windows open. We talked with the owners and they shrug it off and said it’s normal here. They didn’t want to ask the neighbours to turn down the volume a bit. We found it very inconsiderate, it’s super late on a weekday and right next to our bed.

Laundry was perfect, it’s self service and machine has hot water, and we could use the dryer too. Best laundry we’ve done.

We didn’t feel too much welcome. When arrived we stood in the burning sun for at least 10min because all gates were locked and nobody answered the doorbell or our calls, the owners were taking siesta. When we had questions later it was hard to find someone, seems people are ‘hiding’ in the private house and if almost feels like you’re disturbing them.

Outstanding garden with all the facilities available plus a kind family who makes you feel welcomed and safe right away. I had a great time meeting Carmen and Sebastian and I am very thankful to them for making me, and my kitties, feel like home for more than three weeks!

indeed a green oasis with good bird watching. we stayed 2 nights and Sebastian only asked if we needed the laundry and otherwise we were left alone. easy plug in and potable water nearby. suicide shower didn't get very hot, but it's so warm here I didn't really want it. great pressure and flow though. 25k for the laundry, but no drier, and I found out I have to hang our clothes ourselves only after our wet clothes stayed in the washer overnight. not cool.

Nice place out of the city and before heading to the TransChaco road. We paid 100.000 guaranies for 2ppl and the van. We asked and were able to use the pool. We saw the parrots and the horses but unfortunately not the turtles there.

As described- a green oasis, ample space, clean, hot showers, WiFi, pool. Horses, dogs, turtles and parrots, and lots of other birds flying around. Quiet night.

Good place to spend one or two night to see Asunción. As mentioned bus #30 is an option but Uber works fine too ( 7-8 USD).
You can park the car on the grass in this fine garden with friendly people.

Nice place and good location to visit Asuncion. Easy to get to the center by public bus #30. It takes about 1h. We did a "free walking tour" with Victor in the historic center. Highly recommended. He speaks perfectly English and Spanish.

There is a good mechanic who lives nearby and comes to the campsite to fix your problem on the spot. We had a problem with our alternator and they checked our electronics, organized the replacement parts and changed the alternator the next day!

You can’t call it a real camping as you park in the garden of the owners. 1 toilet and (cold) shower availble, no ‘ablution block’. But it’s nice to be away from the big city. 70.000 for a camper and 2 pax.

The garden is very nice and it is quiet. There are two horses, dogs, cats and parrots. If you need a washing maschine or dryer ask Carmen if you can use hers.
If you are sensitive to noise, you should not park near the large bamboo, because it creaks very loudly in the wind.
Carmen, Rainer and Sebastian are very nice and helpful.

we camped on the beautiful premises that looked more like a private garden than a campground. However, the bathroom, including a separate shower beside the horses stables was cleaned upon our arrival (we were the first guests this year)
We were warmly received and shown the pool at the back of the house; given the Wifi code and electric hookup. Everything looked clean. Sebastian spoke German beside Spanish.

We emailed ahead and asked about prices. Camping is still 70,000 per vehicle per night and long term parking is 10,000 per day and airport drop off and pick up is 20,000 each way. Sebastian is the son of Reiner & Carmen and has taken over the "camping" business. The WhatsApp number and email mentioned in an earlier check in are still valid. Bathroom was clean, had TP and a seat. Good cell reception. Wifi works in camping area.

Nice, friendly, you can even have half or full boarding. Little pool to refresh. Wifi not as fast as described for us. Recommandation.

They had problems with their door bell (battery?), but definitively open for business, the family has been there for 23 years (?) and is not going anywhere. Actually not a bad place if you want to be in Asunción, and even great to get to the airport.

Bathrooms were clean enough, they let me park there for the same airport rate of 300,000 Gs for a month. They didnt even ask for anything extra to drive me to the airport (4km) and pick me up upon my return around midnight!
There is a tiny corner store just left around the corner, another left gets you to the road where bus #30 and #49 go to the center of Asunción (about 1 1/4 - 1 1/2h each way for 2200 -3600 Gs). But restaurants and most items can also be found in nearby Luque.
There is a fountain but I never saw a swimming pool. Power plug available. At some point they gave me a remote for the gate to enter without ringing their bell or leave without knocking at the house, needed even on foot. Was tricky to get the truck level. Horses are still there but too old for riding so no more riding classes. They didn't mention any food options to me.

Perfect place to stay in town and near the airport. Very, very fast wifi. Carmen and her son, Sebastian, are very helpful. 60000 PYG/night for a vehicule (even a big rig), 15000 PYG to put a tent. Washing machine available for 15000 PYG/each. Not a big place, but totally grassy, clean and beautiful. Horses, parrots, dogs, flowers and trees to have some shade. Toilet and hot shower useable but not really useful. Little swimmingpool, we really enjoyed to stay there with our 2 kids. 2km away from Luque, easy to go by bike, busses to the center as well at 300m, 2000PYG/person each way. Possibility to leave your car if you take the plane for a short time.

We arrived after Boardercrossing just in the last daylight. Staying in front of the Gate, we ring the bell several times, as the neighbor confirms....it should work. Dogs were coming, we saw cars were parked inside.....nobody opens ! After 15min trying, we decided to go on.....

Somos Ramon y Silvia de España,
El lugar es muy bonito, tranquilo y el entorno una maravilla, el jardin con una fuente y unos caballos. Los propietaros son dejaron hacer uso de su pileta y nos dieron información de la zona.
El baño al llegar no funcionava muy bien pero al momento lo arreglaron.
La Wifi perfecta .

Great disappointment. The place is beautiful, but the toilet is filthy (poop on the seat, dirty paper on the rim) and cleaning wasn't going to happen anytime soon. The showers don't work or give a tiny bit of warm water. The owners don't seem to care. Not friendly. We left for Hasta la Pasta which is close to Asuncion as well. A very nice place!

A nice place to stay in a beautiful garden. There are hot showers, power and a good, fast wifi. It is a bit tricky to find the place. Leave the mainroad at pos. s25.24758 w57.48523 (petrol station) and drive the unpaved road/way to the place at pos. s25.24494 w57.48518.

Sehr schöner und ruhiger Platz bei Rainer und Carmen. Sehr schnelles wifi!
Grosser Garten mit vielen Tieren (Pferde, Hunde, Katzen, Papageien, Schildkröten). Waschmaschine, Pool, Grillplatz, Billiard, Tischfussball, Tischtennis. Reitunterricht auf eigenem Reitplatz möglich.
Flughafen ca. 10min entfernt, Innenstadt Asunción ca. 40min mit dem Bus. Bushaltestelle 300m entfernt. Supermarkt und Geldautomaten in Luque ca. 2km. Frühstück, Mittagessen, Abendessen auf Anfrage.
