Sent Fernando a message, but he currently works at “Mecánica Atanaycaur”, not here. And over there I saw his number stickered on a car under the name “Feña Motors” as well. Very confusing.

You can find him in the El Tatio Street 163. We got stuck 12km before the Bolivian Border and couldnt move anymore. Fernando helped us even though it was Sunday. Friendly, fair price, fixed our car immediately. We can highly recommend him.

the workshop itself doesn't have a sign, it's just indicated 2 corners away at the bigger street. it's not a big indoor garage. Fernando mostly works on the street just infront of the shop. it's better to call or text him first because he's often out to do roadside repairs and help people.
therefor he's always good to give you a tow-away. even picks you up when your stuck at the paso.

Sorry wrong last comment, did it for the wrong guy. But I did call and text that guy too. Responded after an hour and told me he would send me the direction of the taller witch never came and stoped responding me. I went to the place he is supposed to work on IOverlander (Vulcizacion Toncorazo) and ask for him but don’t work there anymore either.

I called at the number mentioned in the first comment but the guy says he is now in Santiago. Didn’t go directly to the taller.

Available 7 days/week. Good mechanic shop, came to see our Toyota where we stranded on a Sunday night. Checks and small fixes for reasonable price. Honest, friendly and gave helpful advice.
