FREE. parked up next to the mission on a grassy area. As quiet as it can be in/edge of a town. They were happy for us to park up at the designated parking area of the mission but there were too many street lights and possible noise (there are two restaurants right next to it). Security of the mission came over to kindly let us know that it's OK to park here but if we have any issues we can find them in their shed at the entrance of the site.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Excelent place where to spend the night. Very quiet.
Sleeping there allows you to enjoy the sound and light tour at 9 pm.
highly recomended : you just sleep in front of the mission
This place is in wrong location - it is located at -27.12970, -55.70199
Report Check-InWe stayed last year with two campers here and it is still possible to stay for the night.

Report Check-InVery quiet place, we spent 2 nights. Bathrooms 24 hours, water, Internet. Ideal to tour the mission with peace of mind. Very close is another park for a short walk that is worth it since it was the quarry where the stone was extracted.
Report Check-InBig parking lot right next to the ruines. There's a restaurant, we were allowed to use their bathroom during opening hours. It was a very quiet night.
Report Check-InThe coordinates of this place are wrong, this is at an unpaved road, not very wide, where you only could park at the roadside. But maybe you could stay at the grassy field at following coordinates: -27.130149, -55.700585. We did like the parking lot more. We stayed at the parking lot few nights, very quiet and WiFi available from the ticket office. They also offer water and toilets. On Sunday very noisy until noon, because of tourist buses letting the motor on the whole time.
Report Check-InIt is a big parking lot and under a few trees you find shadow also for big rigs. We had a quiet night.
Report Check-InAs mentioned below, it was a very quite place to spend the night right next to the mission site. WiFi at close to the entrance of the office and clean toilets, which we used during morning hours - not sure if they are open during night.
Report Check-InFree and Quiet to spend one night. WiFi close to the entrance office and bathrooms during the Day until 8pm. Great if you go to the Light show at 7.30pm in winter.
Report Check-InPaved carpark just next to the entrance. Toilets available at the info centre. Staff is welcoming and friendly.
We ate pizza in the hotel next to, but we can not recommend it.
Great spot, quiet at night and right next to the running ruins. The staff is super friendly, the night guard even asked me to change position so he has a better look at the car during the night.
The Lightshow is only THU-SUN and the ticket is valid for the other missions, but within a 3 day period. They were so nice to still let me enter with my expired ticket, but not sure that always works.
Good parking. With thé light of thé moon the lightshow that is crumbeling down gives a special feel. Plans exist to Renew thé lightshow.
Report Check-InWe could stay in front of the toilet building. They were all really nice. We felt us safe.
Report Check-InAs already said below, stayed 2 night's at this spot..they were all very friendly and the Ruines are just amazing. .great!
Report Check-InWe could camp next to the building of the ticketoffice, on the grass, right in front of the toilets (see picture; keep your laptop up side down!). Ask the guards how to get there.
Report Check-Innice to visit this mission. keep your 25000 G p/p ticket, it is valid for san cosme y san Damian and Jesus de Tavarangüe as well. It's possible to stay over night at the parking areal outside the ruins, but no facilitys.
